Kings Cottage

Cosy cottage in lovely village.

Pros: Cosy well equipped cottage. Lovely wood burner, stone floors, everything you would need.

Cons: Parking on road. Didnt have a problem but I’m sure it could be when busy!

A beautiful weekend celebrating our cousins wedding at The Falcon Manor. It was right in the heart of where we needed to

Pros: This property is situated in a beautiful village just outside Settle. The entire cottage is so cosy and you immediately feel at home on entering. There is a beautiful lounge area with open fire and central heating. 2 beautiful bedrooms with the most comfiest beds. We also loved our little treat of fudge which was immediately polished off by my son. If I’m ever in this area again I will definitely be back.

Cons: Absolutely nothing

Lovely cosy property in a great location

Pros: Excellent location, everything we could want for our stay was supplied.

Lovely weekend in Yorkshire Dales

Pros: Lovely cottage in great location. Two pubs within 100 yards and many more places for food and drink about a 15 minutes walk to Settle. Cottage has everything you need for a stay in the Yorkshire Dales. Lovely touch to leave milk and fudge.

Cons: Nothing really. We found the bed in the main bedroom a bit small but that’s probably because we’re used to a larger bed.

Really enjoyed stay and would book again

Pros: Location was excellent. Very quiet even though it was near a road. Pub next door served very good meals with huge portions. Nice walk into Settle town centre.

Cons: Lounge was quite cold compared to the rest of the house but there was a log burner and a back up electric radiator.

A perfect little cottage to unwind and relax.

Pros: The cottage was lovely and cosy in a lovely little village. We went to do the 3 peaks challenge, and the big bath was perfect for relaxing in. We went out to the pub for food on our first night, which was literally round the corner. We stayed in and cooked the second night and watched movies. I don’t think we have ever stayed anywhere that felt so homely. We will definitely be going back again.

Cons: There was absolutely nothing negative to say.

Cosy and comfortable in a good location

Pros: Nothing not to like, clean and comfortable, excellent location for the sights we wanted to visit.

Cons: Nothing at all…very cosy and well appointed

Very enjoyable and a great place to relax.

Pros: Cosy, convenient location, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds.

Cons: Kitchen roll, tissues would have been useful.

A great little hidden away place in an brilliant location

Pros: A great little hidden away place in a brilliant location. King's Cottage is really close to transport links and local amenities, but tucked away enough to make you feel like you're in a remote village. The place is well kitted out and it had literally everything I needed. Great communication from the hosts too. The washer dryer was a god send with spending the week walking and riding in less than ideal conditions.....as was the huge log burner. Oh and the free fudge was spot on!

Cons: Don't think there is anything worth mentioning

Beautiful cottage in a beautiful place with all facilities required.

Pros: It exceeded all our expectations exceptionally well.

Cons: Very cosy and homely .
