Cons: Nothibg loved everything what could be better if they restocked the s7gar and cofee in room to a bit more

Pros: I felt at home, I could access the kitchen and use the appliances and utensils. The girl was very kind and gave me a good price for the room. I recommend this place to stay a few nights. It is very close to the center and you can take a single bus to get there.

Pros: Very beautiful and peaceful property with a lovely host. Had a comfortable stay.

I would use and recommend this facility to my family and friend and will use it again if opportunity

Pros: Breakfast was not served but i had access to the kitchen to make food for my self. The facility was cleaned up constantly by the staff. The staff was polite and nice. Staff pays attention to detail and safety measures in place to mitigate slips, trips and falls.

Cons: Parking was a bit of an issue but it's outside the staff's hands. She could offer breakfast to avoid traffic at the kitchen. She could add another toilet downstairs to make it two in the facility.

Awesome stay

Pros: Pretty much everything, the landlord was lovely, we had everything we needed to cook, location is super great as we could get a short bus journey to Leeds city centre. There's parking and really access to motorway. Loved the window of the room as it large and brought so much light in which was pleasant

Cons: Kitchen was tiny, there was no dining space but we managed to eat in our room

Pros: Conveniently close drive from JCC for swimming, where I was competing. Bed was good. Netflix available in the room although I only stayed one night so did not use it much.

Cons: It was a room with separate shower, kitchen available for use if needs be - although I had no need. I cannot therefore say I had any issues.

Pros: Clean,tidy,easy to find,free parking,about 3 miles from city,but we knew that so wasn't an issue,we don't mind a walk, Was on a bus route so easy access to city centre.Didn't see anyone so can't comment on the host's. Was visiting Leeds arena so everything ideal for us.

Pros: Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Späterer Check-In kein Problem durch gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Parken sehr einfach an der Straße in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet.
