Overall I think was very good value for money and absolutely would stay again or recommend

Pros: It’s a good central location with parking options which is good. Spacious, nicely decorated and I felt well thought out.

Cons: It had a weird smell, could have used some air freshener plugins or something like that. Door access was a little tricky to use, but over all fine. Getting out of the car park also wasn’t easy, not a bad thing in regards to security I guess. Also the stairs were fine for us but not great for accessibility and felt the way the door opens on to the stairs could be a little dangerous. The location was good and bad was loud next to the pin but didn’t affect us if I’m really honest. Some towels needed bleaching as were stained.

Excellent. I could stay there all day and work.

Pros: very clean spacious, modern rooms. the lightings, the bath all fantastic. the bed was alo very comfortable I highly recommend.

Cons: I did not know that this was a staff-less hotel. I tried calling the number to ask some questions I did not get through. There were drinks and biscuits but there was no mention of if this was included so I did not have any. overall the hotel was fantastic. the noise from outside was a bit much.

Excellent stay

Pros: Bathroom, heating, mini bar, staff, room was super luxury and clean

Cons: Noise from street Breakfast Code form inside to the gate doesn’t work

Pros: The hotel was in the centre of Burnley, obviously new the room was spacious modern and clean as well as the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and the facilities were good in the room and ideal if you were on a business trip or on vacation.

Cons: Nothing.

Lovely room in town centre with free parking. Great value.

Pros: Excellent room with everything we could have wanted/needed. Super comfy bed. Loved the coffee machine and robes. Very generous with snacks and drinks

Cons: Breakfast was average. Some people may not like the self check in, but it worked fine for us

Cons: Not being able to totally blind the light from outside. The noise of the gates opening and closing are very loud 24/7. Breakfast at local café was sub-par.

This hotel well worth the stay, hotel room was outstanding, the owners have gone above and beyond to make room special.

Pros: This hotel was absolutely outstanding, location is in the centre of Burnley

Perfect hotel stay!

Pros: Facilities in the room fantastic - it had everything you need. Perfect night away - had a very comfy stay and you could watch streaming on the Tv. The room was so clean literally didn’t even have a speck of dust. Ideal location being close to the town centre so you could get busses and taxis very easily and even had safe gate locked on site car parking. The check in process was smooth with everything being emailed to myself in a prior information pack!

Cons: The only slight drawback I would say this place has is that you do get a little bit of street noise however it definitely wouldn’t stop me from going back. I would say we didn’t experience any street noise at an unsociable hour and we stayed on the weekend so this is personal preference.
