Heath Cottage Hotel

Clean, comfortable, good value.

Pros: Very good value for money. Comfortable rooms. Light breakfast provided which was unexpected.

Cons: Radiator in one of the rooms was broken and the heater provided was not adequate. Otherwise good value for money.

Pros: I love this place, sometimes if life gets too much I like to pay for a cheap hotel room to stay the night and just live in a bit of comfort. I've been twice and got a single room and the bathroom facilities are great, you get biscuits and pan au Chocolat and porridge in your room for no extra cost. Tea and coffee in room is great, plenty of towels. In my room the internet was a bit patchy but ultimately if you have data no problem. I've had to call for clarification on codes and staff even out of hours have been very lovely. Prices are great, honestly better than a chain. Vibes are great, old building in a great way but definitely has sufficient heating which is usually an either or situation. I hope I can come back again soon :)

Pros: The room was really nice, comfortable bed. Nice big bath. Great choice of tea coffee, biscuits. A nice touch with porridge and pastries for breakfast.

Pleasant stay, really appreciated the time spent at Heath Cottage.

Pros: I love the way it worked. I booked the room. On arrival I had key ready for my room without additional sign ins. The room was pleasant, neat. We took family room as family of 4 including 2 toddlers and master bed was big enough to handle all of us without the need for extra arragements. On leave we just dropped the key into deposit box - no need for sign offs.

Cons: The restaurant part is a bit misleasing. Currently it is not operating. It would be nice if microwave and/or small fridge would be available in the room or at least somewhere in the corridor for clients as replacement. Although, hotel has quite good location and Tesco Express with sandwitches is close by.

Pros: Clean rooms. Heating good, lovely bathroom. Complimentary porridge in the room for breakfast.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: good carpark and there was biscuit's and drinks in room. Don't mind letting myself in

Cons: I didn't notice that my room was outside the normal building. Needs better notice or mentioning in email that 23 onward is not in main building where you key is

A nice comfortable room.

Pros: Breakfast was just a pot of porridge. But I knew that breakfast was not provided.

Cons: No staff member at scene. I locked myself out and had to get someone to make to hotel.

Pros: It was very easy to manage our own booking with it becoming hybrid. The rooms were very comfortable cosy clean and really nice.

If I need to stay near Leeds again I would definitely come back.

Pros: Very nice house: clean and nicely decorated. The room was warm and clean, the shower was good, nice lighting, nicely furnished with a good desk and chair. Very quiet inside the hotel. There is a Tesco Express just up the road. Easy to find and easy to park too. Close to the M1 and very good value. Excellent wifi.

Cons: My only complaint is with the entry system. The key is kept in a box in the porch and you have to know the code. The numbers on the keypad are very hard to read at nighttime because the lighting in the porch is very poor; also the little numbers are very small and difficult to line up to get the key out. I really would recommend that you improve this. It put me in such a bad mood to start! The road outside is very busy indeed. There is noone in the hotel itself: you have to phone to get help although they did answer fairly quickly when I phoned.

Pros: Very clean, lovely room. Quality toilet paper and free breakfast in the room.
