Stay was lovely & really liked the hotel. I would have no hesitation to stay @ the Leeds one again

Pros: Easy reach of our destination Clean & rooms were lovely Spa Food was good

Cons: Pillows were brick hard Staff were lovely but the minute you put your cutlery down they were off with your plates. Could do with waiting 5mins + Parking was a nightmare but there was a function on my weekend

Pros: Pleasantly surprised in all aspects of my stay. Room stylish, clean and comfy bed. Gym and pool were fab. Room service was prompt. Starbucks onsite was a bonus too.

Nice facilities

Pros: Room was clean and comfortable. Refreshments were a nice touch The pool facilities were great

Cons: Not the hotels fault but the motorway journey was horrendous with lots of delays

Pros: Pool but that was an extra unaware of at time of booking 😩🤯🤢😱😱😱

Cons: Not told of restaurant at time of booking and additional service was meant to be £60 worth for the price of £50. But only had £50 at till. Good items were extortionate !!
