Excellent value very clean. Great location

Pros: Excellent location on leeds road. Warm welcome. Free WiFi. Coffee and tea available with biscuits. Very large room and large bathroom walk in shower. TV stations poor but had WiFi for computer so I was ok . No breakfast but cafe recommended for breakfast. Which by the way was really good sit in or takeaway

Cons: TV could have been more channels.

Cons: All was good, no complaint's here.

Pros: Overall standard stay. Not a fault do with additional outside lighting so can see drive or getting to your car. But the host was welcoming and friendly.

Cons: Could do with a bedside lamp or small additional lighting than just the main light

Pros: I only stayed one night. Arrived in the dark and left early. It was clean and very warm in the room with a big comfy bed and tea/coffee making facilities. It was particularly helpful to have easy access to the car park as l was carrying a lot of equipment that had to be brought to the room.

Cons: N/A

Very convenient for a nearby family gathering.

Pros: The welcome on reception was super friendly & she guided us to our rooms. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Despite the proximity of the motorway, with the windows closed, there was minimal noise.

Cons: The communal areas look tired but clean. There is minimal soundproofing between the bedroom walls.

A cosy stay out of the way, but near enough to the city.

Pros: Lovely property and very sweet and helpful staff. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. Very close to a beautiful restaurant that does stunning breakfasts as well!

Cons: The only problem I had is that the room was sooo hot! But a cracked window and switching the radiator off helped.
