Pros: I needed a place literally last minute, we booked it outside of the property, walked in and the concierge had us on her system: she too, was superb

Amazing Staff!

Pros: Amazing staff! They were so kind and helpful! Special thanks goes to Kat for all her help during my short stay.

Cons: There were so many different doors to go through sometimes it felt like a maze but other than that 10/10.

Pros: Only issue was the placement of the tv made it impossible to to comfortable watch from the bed but other than that everything was amazing

A lovely apartment that had everything we needed. It was clean and well equipped. Great shower, you can hear anyone else

Pros: Everything. Powerful shower, no noise, very friendly staff.

Cons: Not being able to self regulate the heat. Sometimes too hot.

Pros: Amazing location, close to lots of amenities. Very clean and spacious room and comfy bed 😊

Cons: I think the shower could have been better if the shower head was movable, and maybe a small microwave in the kitchen could be helpful. Overall, it didn't affect our experience though, the room was lovely 😊

Pros: Studio flat with fully fitted kitchen Easy walking distance to town Teabags coffee sugar washing up liquid washing powder etc all provided

Cons: No parking nearby and parking expensive Television didn't work properly

Quality, comfortable apartment opposite Leeds Town Hall.

Pros: Delightfully adapted beautiful red brick historic building, opposite Leeds Town Hall. Now internally developed with modern apartments containing everything necessary for a brief overnight stay to a longer booking - even a washing machine. Very pleasant welcome from the reception staff who are available 24hours. Very quiet due to secondary glazing. All bedding included and lovely quality towels in the bathroom, which had a walk-in shower with generous water flow.

Cons: Nothing to criticise at all.
