Hayy Luxury Apartment in Leeds City Centre

It was what it said it would be

Pros: It had great amenities, the city view was lovely, The location was perfect

Cons: I couldn’t figure out the sofa bed situation without the attachment rolling around

Pros: Convenient location with good transport links. Adequate accommodation.

Cons: Very poor communication from the managers. Bed was uncomfortable (partially collapsed).

Nice flat, very central

Pros: The position was precisely in the city centre and the building and the flat, were nice.

Cons: I had few issues which I flagged to the staff but they didn’t get fixed, which I believe for the price you pay it’s not what you wish for. The TV wasn’t working, the soap in the shower was finished since day 0 and never been replace, hot water from the shower didn’t work for longer than 5 minutes.

Nice apartment in a good area with plenty of stores around.

Pros: It was clean and spacious, all the amenities were nice. I had no complaints about the apartment. It was really nice.

Cons: The process of getting the keys wasn’t the easiest. It was complex and confusing.

Cons: The lobby it's kind scary, and automatic lamp not immediately turn on when we in front of the red door. Since the location near cafe, restaurant and club, at weekend you can hear the shout of the people.

Apartment was in an excellent location in Leeds, communication with hosts was great. Cozy apartment with great new kitch

Pros: The location of the property was excellent, in city centre walking distance to everything including the train station. The apartment is located in a secure building. Communication from hosts was excellent.

Cons: I would recommend for two people, it was a bit squishy with three and the sofa bed was not particularly comfortable. We had to pay a security deposit which was fine but i was unaware of this and didn’t see messages until we were almost arriving - would have been good to know this earlier or paid it during booking.

Pros: Location. Apartment was clean and well set out. Bed v comfortable. Shower perfect.

Cons: Checking in and checking out system. Badly written instructions and booking management didn't supply correct codes. Collection of keys point too far from building... most clients have suitcases...Needs a rethink...

Would highly recommend, beautiful building, great location & I can’t wait return.

Pros: Location was perfect, clean, facilities are great. Would absolutely stay again.

Cons: The check in process!!! Shop was shut when I had to collect, this made me late for a meeting. When eventually I got the keys, shopkeeper was rude saying “he was praying”.. no apology, no notice nothing. Heard from others this is typical behaviour and he opens and shuts when he feels like it. I think a new process needs to happen, only fault to my stay.

Pros: Amazing cozy and in a beautiful building. The staff handled perfectly a last minute booking for me.

Lovely, Modern City Centre Apartment. Excellent value for money.

Pros: Lovely, modern apartment, spacious and comfortable, and beautifully presented with plenty of amenities. An unexpected bonus was that things like handwash, shampoo & shower gel etc. were provided. It was clean and warm on arrival, which was hugely appreciated. The location was excellent for City Centre shops, restaurants, and sight-seeing. Overall, it was excellent value for money and I would definitely recommend / stay again.

Cons: I had one small issue with key collection, in that the shopkeeper didn't give me the correct tag first time. However, I contacted the property owner and he helped to resolve this very quickly, which was both reassuring and appreciated!
