Great value for money, comfortable and central

Pros: Reception staff, Phoenix, was really welcoming. The room was great. The free coffee and croissant in the morning was lush.

Cons: Underfloor heating in the bathroom felt a bit weird in the middle of the night. I wondered if they could save money by turning it off!
