Pros: Beautiful building it's history .The staff superb welcoming couldn't do enough.The spa was Beautiful..Room stunning.

For a wonderful getaway, the Grand tops them all! Five star accommodation ❤️

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast each morning. Dinner was superb. Lovely room, extremely comfortable and well appointed.

Cons: Nothing- it was first rate in all categories!!

Pros: Staff were great, late night bar had live music which was superb.

Cons: The room was too warm, the air-conditioning kept resetting to 19 degrees.

Loved the hotel will return.

Pros: The staff were excellent and the room had everything we could need and very spacious.

Cons: Check in was delayed by an hour. We had planned our weekend and had things booked and this held us back a little

A classy place at a fair price.

Pros: The staff and level of service was akin to a high end London hotel. A short walk from the station and the town centre.A small Chinatown two minutes away and small Sainsbury’s. It’s a wonderful old station hotel with old fixtures.The place is a class above.

Cons: Don't be fooled by the swimming pool listed.It’s £90 for two and not available if you don’t pay. Bar aside there is not much in the way of places to relax.Rise restaurant busy and tables very close together.
