Good for a shortstay

Pros: Lovely little quirky apartment perfect just for a night whilst working at the showground, lots of food places around and parking opposite

Perfect for a quick stop over

Pros: We (5 of us) were visiting for my son's graduation from the Army college and wouldn't arrive until very late and leaving first thing. It was clean, tidy, had tea and coffee and was cheaper and nicer than the local travelodge. The bedding for the sofa bed was in a storage bag under the bunk beds. After spending 10 mins looking for it, it was pointed out that all the information needed was on the info sheets on every door in the property. Turns out I was just too tired to see them! Also, loved the quirky decor. Nice to see some personality instead of grey walls or 'rustic chic'.

Cons: The bathroom has no light switch, and the light is motion sensored, which i didn't realise until visiting it at 4am!

Pros: The location was ideal. Not too close to the centre.

We loved the quirky decor in this flat. It had everything we needed for self catering stay. Ideal.

Pros: Excellent communication before arrival. We has directions, clear instructions and the code to access, plus a name and number for any issues over our weekend stay.

It was comfy and near to our family. Very clean.

Pros: Excellent communication from owners, a short taxi ride into the centre. Clean, quiet apartment & flexibility with check in time. Well equipped kitchen.

Cons: Apartment was clean but a little tired k bathroom was very compact.

Micro apartment with good facilities

Pros: The location was great with lots of local amenities nearby. The information sheet provided in the apartment was great, very clear and detailed and answered all questions we may have had during our stay. The communal store cupboard was a great addition to know about. Compact apartment complete with everything we needed for a couple of days stay. Would definitely stay again if in the area

Cons: Very minor improvements to cleanliness. Quite dusty and some dirty marks in some bits and a lot of the dishes we took out to use hadn’t been cleaned properly. I loved the bathroom door but it does take up quite a bit of space making the bathroom feel even smaller. Also struggled with the lights being on a sensor as even in the shower etc the bathroom lights would go off so was often left in darkness. But again, minor inconveniences and didn’t impact my enjoyment of staying. Unfortunately it was very very warm during our stay and the cooler setting on the fan heater didn’t help so maybe a couple of proper fans would be a good addition to the store cupboard

Pros: Good location, easy to get to by car. There is a bus stop just in front of the front door. The apartment is next to a barber shop. The apartment was clean and we had a quiet night. There were other guests in the building but everyone was respectful and there wasn't very much noise. There are shops across the street including a Co-op, Pizza Hut and various other takeaways. There is also a train station 5 minutes away. We found a quiet street around the corner to park on so there was no need to pay for parking. You can also park across the street and leave the car overnight after 6pm. Door entry is with a code and we didn't have any problems getting in. There is lots to explore in Harrogate which is close by and York is a half hour drive away. So we'll definitely book again. The hosts were easy to get in touch with by WhatsApp.

Cons: Each room has a big screen television but none of them had reception. I received a message saying that they couldn't set up a firestick in time. Also we had an issue getting online for about an hour. We messaged the host and they did respond quickly. We eventually managed to get online so I'm not sure what was going on.

Pros: Good location, very close to Starbeck station and an ideal spot for an overnight stay for a wedding in the Harrogate countryside. Had everything I needed and the price was reasonable for a Saturday night, would stay again!
