Luxury Studio - Free Parking - Great Location

Very lovely night away

Pros: Location was excellent for where we needed to be, close to lots of shops and petrol station is across the road and many different food places are literally on your doorstep. The accommodation was really nice, we were very pleased and pleasantly surprised. Bed was comfy, place was very clean, everything was excellent and you can tell it's well maintained. Very good value for money. Its exactly like the photos. Owners were very good at communicating and made you feel very welcome. Overall we had an excellent nights sleep, the industrial room is ideal for one evening or one week it has everything you need to self cater. We will definitely return if visiting leeds again.

Cons: There was nothing that we disliked. The room was excellent. Steep stairs up to the room but not a major issue for us. Only possible issue is parking as there isn't much free space, maybe about 10 spaces at the side of the park but that's not the accommodations fault, it's just how it is. We did manage to get parked though. We don't have anything negative to say about the room at all it has everything you should need!

Pros: Lovely flat. Really clean. Had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning etc. Host very friendly and helpful. Good location and transport links.

Cons: Liked everything. No complaints at all.

Inside the property was lovely, it would be great if you could move it to a quieter setting

Pros: Location was ok but the inside of the property was very well appointed and exceeded my expectations. It was very nice indeed.

Cons: Parking was a challenge initially, as there is a very limited number of parking space in the area indicated. However, there was space to park across the road in close proximity to the apartment. There wasn't clear instruction as to which room I was staying in and there were very steep stairs that need to be climbed to access the apartment, which would be problematic for some clients. Also the delay on the light on the stiars was too short and would switch off before you could get the key out of your pocket!! The road noise was loud and constant (all through the night) and it was quite chilly in the apartment due to need to keep the windows open for ventilation

Ideal location for brundenell social club

Pros: Great communication before and during stay making sure we were comfortable. Very clean ,great decor,great value for money, ideal location for brundenell social club .

Pros: If staying for more than one night, this place has it all. Full working kitchen, I even found an umbrella, poncho and hot water bottle! It’s the little things that made it

Pros: It was indeed only 10 minutes walking to the Brudenell, a few minutes from the train station and I'm a slow walker. Getting in was easy. Landlord very helpful.
