Pros: The room was very comfortable and the ensuite was beautiful. Breakfast was perfect too.

Cons: The shower made funny noises probably due to the old pipes. When i arrived it was hard to find reception.

Pros: A beautiful building in a prime location. Staff couldn’t be more helpful

A perfect location fir the conference centre

Pros: The location was perfect for our needs, across the road from the Royal Hall and within 5 minutes of the conference centre

Cons: The bed was a little firmer than I would have liked, but you can't please everyone

A good two night stay

Pros: Nice hotel lovely bar area and comfortable rooms, with everything you need. The food we had was decent had evening meal first evening.

Cons: The parking was hit and miss as very small carpark and think as a guest should be free. Drinks were very expensive at the bar but suppose that's usually the case in hotels. Had to change one of the rooms due to the one allocated been so small was almost a cupboard and not suitable for 2 people. The bathrooms had no heating and were very cold

For an overnight stay, I was happy enough but probably wouldn’t rush back. Nice for a drink.

Pros: Everything was very good however there were a couple of things noticed during my short stay.

Cons: For me the standard of breakfast didn’t seem to come up to scratch, compared to the previous nights meal, which was lovely. Also the tables in the breakfast area didn’t appear totally refreshed in between users - a few too many sticky spots for my liking.

Lovely stay in great Harrogate location

Pros: Hotel in great location for us, clean and comfortable with a nice double bed. Decent breakfast included in the very reasonable price we paid.

Cons: Car park a bit cramped at times but not to any great detriment.
