Had a lovely time and it as well pet friendly if you consider taking a pet.

Pros: It was nice and it was in a nice area. However it is next to a college so it can be noisy at times if you have the windows open but should not have any issues once closed.

Good. If parking is ok and I don’t get charged we will return.

Pros: Lovely apartment, comfy bed, toiletries, tea/coffee provided. Proximity to Leeds Playhouse - literally across the way - 1 minute!

Cons: It was bizarre the check in process and unfortunately the staff couldn’t tell me of if I was allowed to park in the disabled bays outside or not with my blue badge without getting charged. I feel this is a simple thing to know.

Reall great stay

Pros: The apartment was lovey and better than the picture shows, As we were there at Christmas was worried that the kitchen wouldn't have everything we needed but it was great. The place was spotless and the location is great s its a 5 min walk into the city. There is even a Sainsburys local just located downstairs . Check in was easy I called the number on arrival they remotely let us access the room and the keys were in the room waiting. Really easy and really quick and looking forward to staying again.

Cons: a guide of what the building accommodates etc as there was a gym and cinema room but wasn't sure if we could use .

Comfortable and modern feel with ample facilities . Great location for our needs.

Pros: Very surprised how clean and smart(modern) the accommodation and communal areas are. Very well looked after.

Cons: No car parking. Having to call the agency to access the apartment on arrival.

Pros: Great location, modern clean and well equipped with everything we needed.

Cons: The only problem we had was with one of the showers - it was impossible to turn the temperature down so it was a scalding.

Very comfortable accommodation

Pros: Lovely clean, comfortable accommodation. Very modern and great facilities including tea/coffee and toiletries

Cons: Was a little impersonal as entry was by phone call but worked well

Spacious apartment

Pros: It was a really excellent place. Lovely apartment for if you are staying longer and a hotel room is too small. Also you can do your laundry and cook. The location felt safe and there were 24 hour staff. The support line was remote but fast, responsive and helpful.

Cons: I couldn't leave my luggage anywhere after checkout. Also there were groups of guys blocking the entrance to the common areas which was a bit intimidating so I didn't use the common area. I thought the concierge could have asked them to sit down. The main problem was the gym was in a different building which i didn't know prior to check in. I didn't want to be wandering around in my shorts through groups of guys trying to find the gym so I didn't use it.

Pros: Great value, good location, clean and comfortable.

Cons: A bit cumbersome getting access as you have to be on the phone to someone to get through the various doors, and then lost connection when in the lift so had to start the conversation all over again

Pros: The size of the apartment was great, beds very comfy, showers were great, decor was very modern, location was perfect once you knew how to get to apartments.Nice touch having tea/ coffee/milk on arrival, having fobs instead of keys was good idea.

Cons: Well we arrived at the apartments at the exact time of arrival but were not in an apartment until almost 2 hrs later!!! The 1st apartment we were allocated was great, on second floor as my friend is scared of lifts & we knew we wouldn't have to use it, on entry we discovered there was no fob, I rang Charles hope to let them know & was told another apartment on 1st floor would soon be available, after almost another's wait no apartment, I rang again & was offered another on 5th floor but couldn't accept due to lift situation which I explained.I went to 1st floor & spoke to the cleaning ladies who said they would not be much longer, I then rang Charles hope again who were not very helpful,so my friend stayed in original room 212 & I stayed in 1st floor corridor until cleaning of room 105 was complete & then I made another phone call & get a lady who I explained everything to & she said it was OK to move our stuff into there HOORAY as now almost 2 hrs had gone by, we had missed our original time slot to meet up with friends for my Birthday and had to rearrange things, I was not very happy about the situation and felt quite a bit let down.

Pros: Have stayed there before and knew that clean, comfortable with a gym - all good things

Cons: Nothing although location has pros and cons. Preferred the apartment looking into the courtyard that we had previously as quieter and with a better view.
