Central Townhouse with free off road parking and garden

Pros: Very well presented and spacious house for a group of friends exploring the city of York. Very clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen. Easy communications with the booking agent. Space for the 3 cars on the driveway so close to town was ideal.

Beautiful townhouse within walking distance of York

Pros: Beautiful modern and well maintained property within walking distance of York town centre. Nice spacious rooms and beds with a well equipped kitchen and dishwasher.

Cons: Only two bathrooms so a bit of a challenge with ten people.

Pros: Location amazing Big driveway for 2 cars Lovely modern decor Christmas tree and decorations were put up which was a lovely touch Bath and shower Very large beds Fully fitted kitchen Lovely big garden for our dog Secure back gate Spacious

Cons: Beds could do with new pillows Living room sofas not very comfortable Free view TV wasn't working Paint peeling off dresser in top floor bedroom No shelves or storage in top floor bathroom for toiletries Would benefitted from having an air fryer in kitchen

Comfortable house in a great location

Pros: Great location, walking distance to central York. Clean, well equipped house. Comfortable beds & great showers. Perfect for families - nine of us stayed for the races.

We enjoyed our stay despite the negatives and would certainly stay here again.

Pros: The location is excellent to visit the main attractions in York. The house was large and spacious even with five adults and three under eighteens. It was nice to come back to a nice warm place for the weather wasn’t that good.

Cons: The only negatives we experienced was with the Wi-Fi this was very intermittent and had to be switched of several times to reset it so that those devices that needed it would work this included the TV. The only other thing was the lack of dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher. But these might have been forgotten to be replenished.

Pros: This is a wonderful house for our families and friends, great location! Quiet street! Easy to get to central town! House is very clean and tidy and well furnished, great equipment:)) the backyard is kids’ favorite place!! neighbors are very friendly as well! We will definitely choose this fabulous house again once we come to York!!

Great place to share with friends/family

Pros: The house is just as shown in the images: ample space, very clean and a really nice place to stay in York just 10-15 minutes walking from the train station an the city center. Highly recommended.

Location and quality of house made short wedding trip perfect.

Pros: Good sized property with plenty of appliances in kitchen.Bedrooms are spacious and beds comfy.Large table and chairs in garden for enjoying the summer evenings.Perfect location just a 10 minute walk to registry office for daughters wedding.

This property and the support from agents were both excellent.

Pros: Plenty of space and good sized garden. Excellent supply of hot water for everyone.

Cons: Broken water dispenser on fridge, broken kitchen bin lid, slow running wash hand basin, recycling options were not obvious. These were minor issues for us so would not hesitate to book again.

We all throughly enjoyed our stay!

Pros: Lovely house and great garden, the only things missing is a mirror on the ground floor would be useful and a chair in the double bedroom and a refresh of paint would have made it top marks!
