Pros: Good location down a quiet street with plenty of free parking. Just a short taxi ride into the city centre. Tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. We’d come and stay here again.

Amazing location and fantastic stay

Pros: The property was very clean and had everything you need from toiletries forward and coffee and tea, cleaning product for the kitchen. The bedding was very clean and comfortable beds. Location was great with plenty of street parking. Really good host who was very obliging to all our requests. Would definitely stay here again.

Pros: We had an amazing time in York and our stay at the Cozy Fox, this is a fantastic apartment suitable for family, friends and couple a like, we will definitely be rebooking for future visits, stunning property, a few finishing touches to be completed but overall a brilliant apartment

Tastefully decorated and thoughtfully equipped flat in a quiet location close to city centre and park

Pros: It is a lovely flat which is nicely decorated and seemed to have most things you might need for your stay. It is close to the city centre - walkable and a short drive. Located near a park for dogs / children and in a quiet location. The owner did provide an after-stay solution with the one-off issues we had, which was excellent customer service.

Cons: We had issues with the boiler needing a re-set and an isolation switch which we could not resolve with the owner during our very brief overnight stay. However we came to an arrangement about this. I would still recommend the flat - if everything had been working it would have been excellent. If we had been there longer I am certain the issues would have been resolved for us.

Great location, comfortable and would highly recommend

Pros: Very close to the site we were working. Very comfortable with two nice size bedrooms for me and my colleague. Have already booked again for our next work trip.

Beautiful clean property, in walking distance to York

Pros: Beautifully decorated and very clean with everything you need. We parked at the property and walked in to York, it is a long walk but really nice. Plenty of room to put your things and nice and warm.

Cons: Having to walk through the bathroom to get to the bedroom is a bit annoying, you either get trapped in the bedroom or can’t get to it. We didn’t stay long so not a massive issue.

Pros: great apartment...great location ...hope to return.
