Pros: Great location, short walk to city centre, local takeaways a plenty. Very comfortable little appointment. Would highly recommend.

Pros: NIce quiet location. Easy to access by car and parking. Close to amenities to buy shopping.

Great stay

Pros: Convenient location to visit our grown children in Acomb. You can catch the bus into York centre easily as it’s on the main road.

Cons: Warm, clean, comfortable sofa & bed. Everything we needed.

Great apartment

Pros: Nice apartment, well equipped, shops and bars locally and a half hour walk to the centre of York. On a bus route if you prefer to take that. Would stay here again

Comfortable stay suitable for visiting York and surrounding area

Pros: Info from the hosts pre-arrival was good with code for front door to block and for the key box for the appartment. The appartment was spacious and the bed comfortable. TV was huge and choice oif channels excellent. Overall apartment was clean and tidy when we arrived (except for comment below). Property is about a 40 min walk from York City Centre and is on a road with a bus route. Quiet location.

Cons: Booking info says 'garden view' which is not stricly true and you can only look down onto a paved area for the appartment below - not a lawn or a flower in sight! Disappointed that some of the mugs had tea stains and one of the plates had a bit of dried food on it. As we paid £20 for a cleaning fee, I would have expected everything to have been spotless. There were only 3 dessert spoons available and the appartment is supposed to cater for 4. We stayed for 9 nights, so would have expected a change of towels. Booking info also states there is a sun terrace, which there wasn't and it also states free on-site parking, which is misleading, as the free parking was in the surrounding roads.

Loved location, a bit to close to main door

Pros: It was very convenient in location and very quiet something I really enjoy

Cons: There was a couple of issues when it came to residents as we stayed over a weekend you could constantly hear them entering and leaving the property made me quite scared as I thought someone had entered our room by accident

The apartment is in a good location and it is a nice place for the price.

Pros: The location was good, the price was ok, the amenities were good and the bathroom and the whole appartment was clean and nice. Most of the time it was easy to find a parking spot close by.

Cons: The bathroom fan was a bit noisy and it took a long time to go off. The sheets for the sofa didn't fit, fortunately I got a sheet with me that I used.

An excellent time in a beautiful city, in a comfortable and well-situated apartment

Pros: The apartment was very clean, bright and airy. The bed was comfortable, with plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe. The kitchenette was small but modern and surprisingly well equipped once we started to cook. Parking was easy (on-street) and close by and the location was well situated within a couple of miles of the centre of York. Ubers were easy to get within a few minutes and cost about 7 GBP into the city, so reasonable.

Cons: My daughter said it was sometimes a little noisy at night - she heard people moving in other apartments - but I didn't notice it.

Best apartment we've stayed in

Pros: Probably the best apartment we've stayed in.. Wasn't a thing out of place Very clean and homely. Would definitely recommend..

Half term trip

Pros: Really nice quiet residential area, fantastic transport links, into the city centre 10 mins on bus. But we walked a couple of times with the short cut across the train station carpark, 25 minutes stroll. Fab shower and well equipped kitchen. Great smart tv, so our son was happy and really good, WiFi. Contacted one of the owners a couple of times and really quick to answer and checked with us later issue was sorted.

Cons: The neighbours seemed a bit nosiy, the flat across were rather loud after 11pm. Also, we came back a couple of times to find the main secure door not locked..
