Lovely and relaxing stay!

Pros: Great location of where we wanted/needed to be for the weekend. Parking was good outside or down the side of the house, plenty of space! The bed in the main bedroom was super cosy and comfortable! A lovely little apartment. Bedroom kept the heat in well. Apartment was very well cleaned and well presented. Lovely little kitchen and living area!

Cons: Noisy neighbours upstairs unfortunately, banging at all hours of the day which after a long drive of travelling isn't ideal BUT this isn't the accommodations fault, just the neighbours upstairs! The water pressure in the shower wasn't the greatest, quite slow and didn't really have much give in it. Sofa bed dipped in the middle and was very uncomfortable so second night, my family member just ended up sleeping on the sofa so she had some sleep. Cutlery wasn't very clean in the draws so had to rewash what we needed to use. No option of later check out which I get but wasn't ideal with such a late check in and then having to be out relatively early!

Perfect

Pros: The location near the city center Check in process Equipments Beds

Lovely little flat that has everything you need and definitely enjoyed our stay.

Pros: It was in a lovely quiet area with shops/restaurants/bar nearby and it was clean. On a bus route so easy to get into the city or train station. Good Wi-Fi

Cons: The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. Bought batteries for the remote control as it was missing one. Bit too far out for walking into city.

Clean little flat in a great location with very responsive hosts.

Pros: Key in lock box was bent and not working from the last user but we called the host and they came out straight away with a spare key even though it was late. We were very thankful as we had two young boys who were very tired and I don’t know what we would have done without such a responsive and accommodating host. The rooms were clean and location was excellent, easy bus or walk into city centre.

Cons: The bed itself was very comfortable but the sofa bed wasn’t as comfy. That’s to be expected though, it was fine for a couple of nights.

I'd recommend

Pros: Nice smart flat, about half an hour walking from the city center and very close to the bus stop. Very easy to park your car along the road. The flat has everything you need, is cozy and well equipped.

Cons: The only thing I didn't like was the bed mattress. Way too soft, gave me backache immediately after the first night.

Pros: Good location, easy instructions. Lovely apartment. Spacious. Comfortable.

Good location in modern well furnished accommodation

Pros: Very well presented property in a quiet area within walking distance of amenities/shops/cafes. Good size and clean on arrival with simple instructions to follow.

Cons: • Pillows were poor • Radiator in bedroom couldn’t be adjusted, others could, leading to overly hot bedroom overnight

Ideal Location

Pros: It was ideally located for our purpose - close to York and to Acomb. We walked everywhere! The flat its self was cosy and compact, clean and tastefully decorated. Also, you couldn't hear the traffic.

Cons: The front door was very stiff - which is a minor point!!

Pros: Location was great, property had everything we needed

Pros: Travelled alone with my 3 kids and felt very safe staying in the flat - great location and decent bakery for a morning coffee just down the road. We had everything we needed and it was spotless on arrival. Travelled by Uber most days which was between £4-5 to the city centre. We would definitely stay again.
