The Quadrant - The Palm Suite

Well located and well equipped for a weekend break.

Pros: Great location near the Minster. Very clean & well equipped. Handy to have parking round the corner.

Cons: Sofa bed & bedding were awkward to put up/down.

Perfect pad in a perfect location

Pros: Great apartment with everything you could possibly need ,just a 5 minute stroll into central York

10/10 apartment

Pros: Location phenomenal, decor amazing, bed super comfy... truly an amazing place. Highly recommended for anyone thinking of booking

Lovely stay. Short walk to York minister and the shambles. Handy to have an included car park space. Overall lovely pla

Pros: Very well decorated and clean place. Lovely space in the balcony to have a coffee and a meal.

Cons: Bed was two single beds put together instead of a double bed.

Nice self catering apartment in a great location

Pros: Nice apartment with all the amentities for self catering. An ideal location for exploring everything the city of York has to offer. Parking was an absolute bonus , although it should be noted that the allocated space that we were provided was very tight and not suitable for a large vehicle. It was walking distance to all attractions and very handy having supermarkets just around the corner.

Cons: Only cristism was that there was a very little rubbish bin in the kitchen and lack of information where to take the excess rubbish. Also the crocery should be replaced, badly showing signs of wear.

Relaxing. Right in the centre of York. Lovely apartment. Would stay here again!

Pros: Great location - loved that we could see the Minster from the balcony. Great TV options & fast WiFi. Bed was comfortable, shower was excellent. Getting in and out of the property was easy too. Very quick to just walk into town, and the Sainsbury’s on the corner was really handy. The guide that was messaged to us before hand was really helpful as well. Also very handy to have towels provided, thank you.

Cons: The inside of the oven wasn’t particularly clean and the fridge didn’t really smell nice. The washing machine was a great facility to have, but it didn’t come with any washing up pods: one or two would have been brilliant as there were loads of dishwasher tablets for the dishwasher - but it’s not a huge issue! :)

Beautiful apartment in the perfect location

Pros: It had a balcony and was modern with everything you need. We were sent codes for the building door and our apartment door a few hours before. Entry was streamline without hassle. I did have to recheck the code but the responses were quick from the management team

Cons: Not being able to drop our luggage and having to pay to have it sorted for the day. It wasnt that much of a hassle but added to the cost

Great spot.

Pros: Great location and walkable to all the sights of York.

Cons: Would have appreciated a t towel and coffee for the plunger.

Pros: Location was brilliant and the decoration was lovely.

Cons: Some very very small touch up needed but nothing major at all.

Lovely modern apartment, the best we’ve ever stayed in. Loved having a GnT on the balcony each evening listening to the

Pros: A beautiful high spec apartment with a view of York Minster. The location was fab, just a short walk into the centre of York. It even came with a parking space.

Cons: There was nothing not to like.
