The Quadrant - The Carillon Suite

Short family trip to York

Pros: Location, views, the accommodation itself was great!

Cons: Nothing. It was perfect for our trip

Top Class Apartment

Pros: Location is superb within walking distance of everything. Parking space almost directly behind massive bonus in York. Everything you might need is provided. Electronic entry so no keys to worry about. 2 balconies another bonus.

Cons: Settees were a bit uncomfortable low backs not a lot of support but that is more personal preference. Second bedroom is a bit tight if 2 people using as clothes rack gets in way.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment and all the facilities were great

Pros: Fabulous views and very clean and comfortable. It was great to have an allocated car parking space.

Cons: Nothing.

Great place! Great location & facilities!! Will deffo return!!

Pros: What a fabulous comfortable well located property!! Well maintained.. only complaint is we didn’t book for longer!! Love this place!! Great views! Great facilities!!

Cons: Just the drain smell.. but it wasn’t a big issue. I know the property has issues & we opened the doors & put the fan on.

The property was as advertised & it was extremely conveniently located for our needs.

Pros: Within easy walking distance to York & there was a parking space for us. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms modern. Kitchen facilities were adequate as we were eating out. Communication with letting agent was good and accurate.

Cons: There was a smell from bathroom which lingered even when shower trap was covered & sink plug hole was closed. Sofa & chair weren’t particularly comfortable.

This was an excellent apartment for a short break in York. It was comfortable and well equipped.

Pros: The location was fabulous, with great views of York Minster. There was a Sainsburys nearby and also an excellent cafe.

Highly recommend for anyone visiting York ! Beautiful apartment a very short walk from York Minster

Pros: Modern, spacious, clean, excellent location, great balcony with lovely view

Cons: Nothing !

Absolutely wonderful!

Pros: Lovely clean modern property with a beautiful view of the Minster and the bells were so special to hear, having parking so centrally was amazing as I am disabled.

Cons: Just could do with an extra comfortable chair in the living area but otherwise perfect.

Perfect, centrally located modern but cosy apartment

Pros: It was perfect. Bedrooms were good sized, beds super comfy. The master suite had an ensuite and balcony with a view of the minster, lovely to wake up to! The waterfall shower was lovely, perfect in this cold weather! The open-plan lounge/diner/kitchen upstairs was just lovely. Perfectly equipped with all kitchen necessities, smart tv so you can log in to Netflix etc… a dishwasher and another minster view balcony The location was also incredible. Central but you would never know as calm and quiet, Sainsbury’s local 2 minutes away. Less than 5 minute walk to the minster, maximum 5-10 minute walk to the shambles/christmas market As a last added bonus - a free parking space!

Cons: N/A - nothing we didn’t like

Really nice property let down by bad smell in en-suite

Pros: The location was brilliant and the cleaning was to a good standard.

Cons: What really lets this property down is the terrible smell coming from the en-suite either the shower drainage or the sink plug hole. Whilst the host does say in the information folder, to contact them and they will do something we couldn’t really see the point as not much they could have done. We laid a towel under the door to stop it spreading but not good trying to use the room in the morning.
