Central Modern Flat

Pros: Everything. The apartment was spotless and modern. Every little detail had been thought of and the host was very helpful. Location excellent and would not hesitate to book again or recommend to others.

Pros: We stayed here for our wedding anniversary and we wasn't disappointed. This apartment was amazing, very clean, comfortable and walking distance to York Center. Very good communication with the owner Elena. We loved it so much we are definitely booking again for next year.

Cons: I could not fault anything

Pros: It is a great location and it is very secure. The personal touches (birthday card and chocolates) were a lovely surprise.

Cons: N=A

Perfect location and wonderful accommodation.

Pros: Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed with lovely linen. Everything was perfect.

Cons: Nothing.

Amazing

Pros: Elena sent very detailed instructions on how to enter the property. The apartment was immaculate and boasted many thoughtful touches such as make up wipes, note pad, steamer anything you may have forgotten was thought about to make it a lovely relaxing stay. Location was amazing, you were never a short walk from anywhere. We would definitely chose to stay here when we next visit York.

Cons: Elena kindly recommended parking however this was quite expensive, we chose to park in Morrisons (Foss Island) and this was only about 15 min walk and was alot cheaper option if you don't need your car close by. Which we didn't due to the apartment being in such a great location. Tiny tiny recommendation for a more comfortable sofa if you plan to have nights in, it was perfect for our day to day use as we were out alot of the time but something to maybe bear in mind. None of these things would deter us staying in the future 😊

Very enjoyable stay!

Pros: It was a very clean and comfortable apartment close to town.

Cons: Nothing.

It’s a beautiful apartment, Elena couldn’t have done any more to make it a great stay, will definitely stay here again

Pros: This property has everything you need and more for a relaxing break. Lots of little touches such as toiletries, tea bags, coffee pods to name a few. It is a spacious apartment, the rooms are a very good size. It was easy to find and only a short walk to York Mister and the shambles’s. Lots of pubs and restaurants in the immediate area if you don’t feel like walking too far at night, and a nice cafe up the next road that does a great breakfast.

Cons: The only thing I would suggest is a larger two seater sofa, it’s not the comfiest of sofas to relax on for two adults after a long day waking around .

Pros: Fantastic Location and the flat contains everything you could need, right down to umbrellas 😂

Cons: Car park is very expensive near to flat but parked for an hour to get suitcases and parked the car a mile and a half near the racecourse didn’t not spoil the weekend whatsoever and got a taxi back, definitely a cheaper way of staying over if you travel by car-feel for the locals at those prices.

Pros: Great location and everything required for a few days away. It's great to have a decent sized proper oven too (and I even found the instructions) 😁

Cons: Couch not the most comfortable but a very minor niggle from a great stay.

Perfect for a couple and Elena thought of everything

Pros: Very well situated. Secure and relaxing in the beautiful city of York, hope to go back soon
