Pros: Beautiful apartment, well equipped, had everything we needed. The instructions to get the keys were clear and easy to access

Cons: The place was very cold when we arrived, it took a few hours to warm up. The first night was uncomfortable to sleep because it was too cold. The kitchen and bathroom floors were not cleaned well, dog hair in the bathroom. Check out at 10am is too early provided that they expect you to take the rubbish out yourself, clean, dry and put the plates away. What time should you wake up and eat breakfast in order to leave the kitchen sparkling clean? They called me at 10:20 to leave the house while i was still cleaning their kitchen as expected in their welcome pack.

Great place to stay, would stay here again

Pros: Nice large shared spaces with great character which we like.

Pros: Absolutely wonderful, everything you need to hand, so clean, comfortable bed, beautiful period property with real thought put into the furnishings. We were sad to leave, but we will be back.

Cons: Long walk from kitchen to lounge dining table with food. Only one toilet

Pleasant stay at this well kept and a bit quirky flat.

Pros: Good and safe location. Nice mix of modern facilities and original features. Dog friendly. Town walkable, it’s on a main route, - did Parkrun nearby on the racecourse.

Cons: The lower level was a little cold - radiators either couldn’t heat the space or it just doesn’t have enough insulation. Main bedroom could be a little noisey with road traffic.

Pros: Very homely flat full of character. Walking distance from the city but frequent buses from right outside the building.. Great games & books provided along with everything else we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay at 7 Arndale Court, it was just the perfect place to use as a base!

Pros: It was a fantastic apartment, beautifully furnished, very spacious and in a perfect location only 10 minutes into the centre of York by bus, with the bus stop only 2 minutes walk away.

York

Pros: The location was ideal for a lovely walk into the centre and if you like Park Runs. The quirkiness of the accommodation and the little touches made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable.

Cons: Everything was to our liking and if there were any issues they were dealt with promptly via messenger.

Fantastic, a credit to the owners, we will definitely return.

Pros: Beautiful home, everything you would need for a trip away. One of the best places we have stayed. Large sofa bed in sitting room, which was brand new. Excellent location with easy 20 minute walk into York. Also regular bus into York from outside the property.

Cons: A microwave would be useful but apart from that everything was fantastic!

Excellent location, comfortable and interesting property, would book again.

Pros: Property very close to York city centre so able to walk in and leave car at property. Property individually decorated and furnished, beds very comfortable.

Cons: Parts of the property took a while to heat up from the central heating and other parts were over hot.
