Don't delay, get booking

Pros: Location perfect for arrival on train and then walking into city centre. Beautiful apartment. Very clean and everything needed for your stay. Roomy and very comfortable. The balcony was added bonus. Communication was excellent and was great to know if you needed anything, it would have been no problem. Would definitely recommend staying here and hopefully will again.

Cons: There was nothing that made it a poor stay. There were a few things needing attention, odd jobs per say. Blinds not opening fully, a wardrobe that gets stuck on runner. There were couple others that were fully communicated with ahead of arrival that had taken place from previous people staying. Again nothing that impacted negatively, but if all fixed, would take the apartment from great to amazing.

Ruby Wedding Celebrations

Pros: Perfectly located for visiting the city. Great to have a private parking space included. Lovely fixtures and fittings. Would have been perfect if the issues had been sorted before our visit. Great communication from Martin. On the whole a lovely visit.

Cons: The early morning starts in the post office depot next door disturbed our sleep nightly. The light being broken in the kitchen was a bit of a hazard. Just niggles but took away from the experience slightly.

Festive stay in the lovely city of York

Pros: The Penthouse was perfectly situated alongside the river and the city centre was a five minute walk away. It was very comfortable and spotlessly clean and it was very useful to have a designated parking space because parking appears to be expensive in York. The housekeeper was very friendly and helpful when we checked in. The beds were comfortable and the living area worked well for us. We even managed to cook Christmas lunch for our family and we all had a lovely stay.

Cons: There were a few little details that could be looked at perhaps, for example the fan in the en-suite shower was very noisy and the wardrobes in the main bedroom needed a little attention.

Pros: The property is one of the best I’ve stayed in. Clean. Cosy. Amazing view from the terrace. Plenty of light. Great location, really central to town and train station.

Cons: It was perfect, there isn’t anything I didn’t like

Pros: Location was fantastic beautiful views easy access to all amenities and city centre. Accommodation was lovely and had everything you could wish for.
