Marygate - Museum Apartment

Fantastic - would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Pros: Really spacious, contemporary and high quality fittings. Brilliant location, quiet but very central.

Cons: The only slight downside was by choosing to have one room arranged as a twin, this meant the larger room with ensuite became our children’s room - they were delighted with this though!

Pros: The space in the flat and how near to the city centre

Cons: The secret draw for the cutlery was too hard to find

Great location, wonderful cosy property, would definitely stay again :-)

Pros: The property was in a very good location, it was so easy to get to places, less than 10 minutes to get into the city centre, the parking was in a very safe place too.

Cons: the second bedroom is a bit small for 2 adults, ideal for 2 children or 1 adult, some of the property windows don't open so, did get hot at times, but a fan was provided so the problem was solved.

Pros: The apartment is finished to a lovely standard and has been fitted out to be comfortable and stylish at the same time. Location is great for having a wander. The apartment was spotless when I arrived and loved the nice little touches including the excellent hamper.

Cons: Over zealous electrician has set the timers to short on the stairwell movement sensors so half the time you are feeling your way down in the dark until the next sensor picks you up. guess it was the same guy that wired the switching in the kitchen/diner/lounge 🤪 Check out time could be later?

The apartment is superb and was everything we needed. The modern feel was a wonderful contrast to the history that York

Pros: Secure location, right on the Gardens. It was clean, warm, and beautifully furnished.

Cons: No complaints.

A perfect five night’s stay.

Pros: Very modern and beautifully decorated. Having door access and key access meant we could arrive when it suited us. Private parking was a huge plus.All attractions were within easy walking distance.

Family get together to visit York was in perfect position

Pros: Very modern, everything you need and in excellent location, welcome pack very nice touch

Cons: Couldn’t open any windows

Buena localización y agradable

Pros: Muy buena localización. El apartamento es amplio y está limpio. Es muy cómodo y tranquilo.

Cons: No se pueden abrir las ventanas, los primeros días hizo calor y en el interior del apartamento llegamos a los 26 grados sin posibilidad de bajar la temperatura, solo con dos ventiladores. La cama doble es de 1,35 , muy pequeña para dos adultos.
