Had a lovely few days here and we have stayed in this area several times but we will definitely return to this property.

Pros: The property was very homely and cosy, we had everything we needed and the location was excellent being a very short walk to the centre. It was very clean and the facilities were amazing. As well as this getting the key was a very easy process. Overall an amazing stay and would definitely recommend!!!

Incredible apartment

Pros: The key collection situation was extremely stressful but luckily someone answered the phone and helped me

Cons: The pillows were all too bulky and too high for me which made for an uncomfortable night

Great spacious flat in the middle of York

Pros: Great spacious flat in the middle of the city. Excellent clean facilities and easy self checkin. Only issue was the incredibly early checkin and checkout times (4pm checkout, 10am checkin. Usually these are 2-3pm - and 11am respectively). Otherwise everything was great!
