Lovely apartment in fantastic location

Pros: Property was very clean and well stocked in kitchen. Location was perfect. It would’ve been nice to see a little festive decor for Christmas. Owner was easy to contact and responsive.

Cons: Mattress in main room was a bit hard and disappointed we couldn’t use toilet in en suite as it was blocked and due to being very busy we weren’t able to report it until the second day. The TV the one time we did use it was a little confusing as it requires logins for apps.

Excellent location amazing apartment with fantastic parking couldn’t ask for more

Pros: Apartment was absolutely fantastic like home from home. It was a really cold weekend and the apartment was lovely and warm. Had everything you could possibly need. The parking was amazing didn’t have to worry about the car once. Location was spot on and Rebecca the host was so helpful. We will come again.

Cons: Just a couple of windows needed resealing in the living room to keep it nice a sound proof from the outside elements.

Lovely clean comfortable apartment within 5 minutes walk to the centre of York

Pros: The property was clean and comfortable and an excellent location to the centre of York.

Cons: We visited on a very hot weekend so the property was a little stuffy when we arrived but fans were provided in all rooms and once we opened the windows it was fine.

Pros: Excellent location, very close to the centre. The host was very responsive with messages and allowed us a later check-out.

Cons: The rooms were very hot, and the property would benefit from having some fans.

Amazing location and a gem of an apartment!

Pros: This place is an absolute gem! Right in the heart of York, the location is perfect to have an evening stroll and head to an abundance of restaurants close by!! Sainsbury’s is directly below which is wonderful to grab some bits you might need! The property is a great size and has all the necessities for one’s stay. I really the master bedroom; the dresser was a lovely touch.

Cons: It’s hard to say what wasn’t to like when I had everything I needed.

Generous flat with lots of light in a super convenient location just outside the historic city walls.

Pros: Generous size, lots of light, with one en-suite room, a larger second bedroom and a nice open plan living/dining/kitchen space so can cook and eat at the flat comfortably. Furnishings are decent and the kitchen well equipped with a nice conduction stove top and an electric oven. Amazing location where you can see one of the city’s historic wall from the corner window of the living room and the wall of the abbey just across the road. Having Sainsbury’s downstairs is super convenient. Just a stone’s throw from the York Art Gallery and the Yorkshire Museum.

Cons: The only real thing to comment on is the slim provision of utensils and cutlery in the kitchen. Could be a touch more generous and definitely needs an upgrade.
