Pros: Ideal location. Absolutely Spotless. Parking. It was quiet. Felt very secure. Amazing apartment well informed by Helen from start to finish. We loved it and hope to return if we can get booked up.

Cons: Only small quibble No shelf in shower. No hook on bathroom door. Due to us being older we found the sofa a little low for us and the bed was a little small for us but very comfortable. However this is not a problem for most just us two oldies. We loved the apartment.

Cozy and comforable stay

Pros: The apartment had everything you could possibly need for a short or long stay. Its very close to the centre with a Sainsbury's just at the end of the road so you dont have to go out of your way to get a bit of shopping in. The place was very clean and comfortable and the blinds on the windows were wonderful when we wanted a little lay in. Would defiantly stay here again and the host was very responsive and helpful

Cons: Honestly nothing

Pros: It was a stunning little studio apartment! With beautiful little finishing touches.

A wonderful stay, lovely apartment, in a great location.

Pros: The whole experience has been extremely good. Great communication throughout with clear instructions. The apartment met our high standards, everything you need and more. Very clean, all appliances needed, bathroom to a high specification, and the bed providing a wonderful nights sleep. The location was perfect with added bonus having complimentary car parking. We would happily book this accommodation again, 10 out of 10.

Excellent trip

Pros: Great location to city centre and attractions. As travelling from a distance couldn't say when we would be there but the room was ready early and given code to allow early entrance which was amazing post 4+ hours drive. Room was clean and smelt amazing as you walked in. Bed was comfy. Tea and coffee supplied which was a great touch. Kitchen had everything that was needed. Didn't cook but there was equipment if wanted too. Very quiet during night. Free parking was a huge bonus as York is very expensive to park in !!!

Cons: Due to weather room was hot and for safety window didn't open fully there was a fan but we are unable to make work. Could do with a curtain/ blind over window as was very light in the mornings

Pros: The location was perfect, we didn’t use the car all weekend. The property was very cosy and the decor was beautiful.

Cons: The lack of blinds or curtains at the window made it quite light in the morning.

Exceptional Value!

Pros: The property was to a very high standard. The decoration was unique and beautiful. The host decorated on arrival with a few key touches. So thoughtful and appreciated. Helen thought of everything and it was really was an experience. Great host and a fantastic studio! It’s located right in the centre so everything you need is on your doorstep. The bed was so comfortable and a great nights sleep.

Fabulous studio in perfect location

Pros: Stylish, modern and clean studio that was in a perfect location, just a short walk to the Minster. The attention to detail was superb. Helen was a great host and gave very clear check-in instructions. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

Cons: It would be a good idea to have the TV on brackets so you can watch it in bed easily. Only had an overhead shower so would be advisable to bring a shower cap if not wanting to wash hair - had to go and buy one specially. The key safe is difficult to open with false nails - lucky my husband was there or wouldn’t have got the keys out 😫
