Fantastic accommodation , Have already recommended to Friends and Family.

Pros: Apartment was fantastic, I used to work there when they were offices and its a fantastic use of space. Lay out was great, stayed with a friend and we had our own space. Location is great and the gate on to Toft Green is really helpful as we were at an event on Priory Street.

Cons: Instructions for collecting keys were a little confusing mainly because i ignored the picture of the doorway on the instructions as i wasn't sure what it meant.

Pros: Very complicated way in. various keys/key fobs.

Cons: access could be simpler

Lovely short break in beautiful flat in York

Pros: The property was absolutely lovely. It’s relatively new, very well equipped. It was about a 10 minute walk from the Shambles but brilliantly located as approx 3 minute walk from the train station. Very warm and cosy, so much so that we needed to open the window a bit at night as it was a tad too warm (and it was zero degrees outside!). The instructions on getting into the property were communicated well and everything went smoothly at the self check in.

Cons: Very little not to like to be honest. We did have one issue on the first morning that the hot water wasn’t working properly which made for a challenging shower. The management though were super quick to deal with anything including this and sent an engineer round in the afternoon who fixed the issue so I was impressed by the management.

Pros: The apartment was fantastic. It was spotlessly clean, the bedrooms where a great size, there was everything that we needed, both in the kitchen and the bedrooms. The location was excellent, it was under 5 minutes to walk to the train station and there was a car parking space too.I cannot recommend this property enough, it was excellent.

Cons: There was nothing to dislike, it was perfect.

Perfect Apartment

Pros: Location was perfect, across the road from the train station. So well equipped - little things like a teapot, milk jug, condements etc and a lovely welcome pack made all the difference to a homely feeling. Comfortable, stylish and quite too. Perfect!

Cons: 10.30 check out would be a bonus.

Fantastic property, great location and excellent communication with Hosts

Pros: The property was exceptional and had everything we needed for our stay in York. It was super clean, modern and decorated to a high standard. The apartment is located within walking distance from the train station and the city centre which is perfect!

Pros: This apartment has a brand-new, comfortable interior and an excellent location. It is very close to the train station, and easily accessible to all major attractions in York. I spent a truly wonderful three days here.

Pros: Location to the train station and centre. The apartment was very well equipped and comfortable. Big bonus was the fans as it was very warm. The welcome box was a lovely gesture and much appreciated.

A beautiful high end apartment very close to the railways station

Pros: The property is furnished to a high standard. Its location is in a mixed business / residential area very near the station and the main attractions in York . Having a secure car parking space was a huge bonus and being undercover means you can unload the car in any weather. The security is high with fibbed access to the block as well as into the whole area around the building . The beds were comfie and the showers in both bathrooms were very clean and effective with a good supply of hot water anytime of day . The welcome pack was lovely and really thoughtful to include small packets of milk for the variety of coffee makers available to use .

Cons: I did have to re wash majority of the plates cups and glasses they were wet and covered in residue from the dishwasher . Once they were out through again on a 50 degree wash and allowed to dry they all came out fine . The only one very very minor thing I would have liked and this is being really picky is a hook at the end of the shower to put my towel for when I get out as I couldn’t reach the one of the back of the door but that is being really picky but when a property is such a high standard you really struggle to find anything wrong .
