Entire 1 Bed - Number 23 - The Cosy Collection Ltd

Pros: The property was really cosy, had everything we needed and was really clean. It was a great location close to the station and a short walk to shops, pubs and restaurants.

Pros: Location was a very short walk from the centre. All flat. Very clean modern apartment.

Cons: The key box location could do with improving.(First impressions).

Great apartment, had everything we needed for our stay, 5 mins walk from train station.

Pros: Comfortable and perfect apartment with all the amenities, close to the centre.

Cons: Nothing not to like.

The apartment was lovely portable air con was a blessing

Pros: Close to the Center about 8-10 mins walk to the main shops 15 mins to shambles

Cons: Only slight issue they are aware of and is explained on the welcome iPad. Juliet windows sticky best not open bed room one. Lights kill switch is on right as enter door to the apartment but all this is in the email you get.

Had a great stay and loved every moment.

Pros: Location to city was close. Plenty of space in apartment. Very clean and modern.

Cons: Was very hot. However did have a very nice Dyson fan in bedroom and also cooling in in living room.

Pros: Beautiful apartment in a safe convenient part of York

A lovely place to stay in York

Pros: This apartment is located very close to York city centre and is perfect for a weekend away to explore the town. The apartment is really spacious (enough for two), and I liked all the facilities that were provided. The living room, kitchen and all the interiors are very nicely done. Would love to visit again.

Cons: Initially, I found it a little challenging to collect the keys so I had to call the host, but it's easy to work out if you watch the instructions a bit more carefully.

So pleased with this choice

Pros: Location was perfect. Just a short walk away from the train station, minster, cafes, bars and shops. Apartment was very comfortable. Plenty of space to relax.

Cons: Heating was difficult to operate. We tried but the thermostat didn’t seem to be working. The bar across the road (Nags Head) had the brewery arrive early Monday morning to replace barrels which was a wake up call. Tuesday morning again was an early wake up call with bin men outside. Appreciate nothing the property can do about this.

The apartment was lovely and York is a beautiful city with lots to offer.

Pros: Well equipped, well furnished and modern. Close to train station and centre of York. Easy to follow instructions were given on how to find properly and pick up key.

Cons: Across the road from the apartment windows there was a pub which was very noisy at times, esp late in the evening when we were trying to go to sleep. As there was an issue trying to close the windows properly which I had reported, it meant that we couldn’t shut out the noise.
