Cons: Absolutely nothing 🤷🏻‍♀️

Exceptional

Pros: Loved our stay in this York apartment. It was immaculate, modern, and just steps from everything we wanted to see. Communication was clear and quick. We’d happily stay again and highly recommend it to others.”

Cons: Nothing.

It is a fabulous place to stay and the location was fantastic. We would 100% stay again.

Pros: Everything it was beautiful and well decorated and stocked.

Cons: Unfortunately someone had unplugged the WiFi and it was quite techno so being older we struggled with, so couldn’t get telly to work at night. Finding the car parking was a bit tricky as the numbers on the spaces are small in some areas. Also when we arrived we couldn’t get the key lock to work, concierge couldn’t help us so had to ring your company and it turned out they had changed the code that day but hadn’t informed me.

Pros: The apartment was absolutely lovely. It was luxurious and it was very clean. The wardrobe in the double bedroom smelt amazing and my bag that was in there still smells like it. I enjoyed my stay so much that I didn't want to leave. The tablet with all the check in / check out information and instructions for appliances and also things to do in the local area was an impressive touch.

Cons: The information tablet gave an option for a late check out but unfortunately I didn't see that option when I booked my stay and I had already booked my train home so I was quite disappointed because I would have most definitely booked it rather than having to set an alarm to get up and leave earlier than what suits us. If that option was made clear at the booking stage in future, I think it would be a good idea.

Fantastic location close to the city centre

Pros: Great location, well equipped, spacious and comfortable

Pros: Fitted out to very good standard, very clean and in a central location literally minutes away from the train station.

Cons: The check-in and check-out times.

Good apartment

Pros: Good location, well equipped very comfortable beds

Cons: Shower not working properly and hot water ran out in evening.

Overall a great experience with an ideal location to the city.

Pros: The property was in an ideal location and very quiet. It was well maintained and felt safe.

Cons: The shower took quite some time to heat up and the downstairs sink took a while to drain. There were a few items that we needed that were not available (can opener, baking tray, smaller pan).
