Overall, it offered good value for money and suited us perfectly. We’d happily stay again.

Pros: We stayed here for few nights in Leeds and had a really comfortable and relaxed experience. The place was clean, cosy, and exactly what we needed for a short break. The bed was comfortable, the room felt warm and welcoming, and everything was well presented on arrival. Free parking was a big plus and made the stay much more convenient. The location worked well for us, with easy access to the city and local amenities. It felt like a good base for exploring the area while still being quiet enough to unwind in the evenings.

Clean and comfortable.

Pros: Lovely and clean. Spotless bathroom with great shower. Bedroom and kitchen spotlessly clean. Free on street parking. Nicely decorated.

Cons: Hot on the top floor, but can easily be rectified with a small fan.
