Pros: Very friendly and nice place, had a great night sleep!

Cons: Wall Clock battery needs replacing, but I am sure they will charge it very quickly as everything else was perfect!

Pros: The host Janet is very lovely and respectful. The rooms and the whole house is very clean and nice comfortable vibe throughout. Also room has all facilities, kettle ,tea and coffee, smart TV etc

Pros: It was very clean, nice touch with tea/coffee/ , desk and chair, mirror and very spacious.

Pros: very nice woman running this place, bathroom was really clean and the whole place overall was clean. comfy bed. bus stop fairly close by, buses going into leeds fairly regularly. was really good price too. overall very nice! we enjoyed our stay here

My new Home from home...

Pros: This is not a hotel, it's a HOME! Welcoming and comfortable, it's a quiet out of the way spot managed by friendly and helpful people. After the first night I immediately rebooked as I didn't want to leave!

Cons: Nothing. Supermarket is a long way if you are on foot, but the 12, 13 or 13a buses will get you to Hunslet Hill shopping centre in 5 mins, so it isn't really a problem.

I slept well :) and was very happy with the stay ….

Pros: The host very helpful , the room is bright , the room right temperature, the bathroom new, parking safe and facilities to make coffee in the room

Cons: I am fussy about the bedsheets and the pillows…in totali about bedding….so I would have liked white and good quality of sheets…plus comfortable pillows… That’s just me ….because the sheets did smell clean and they were white ….but that’s just me …. And for that price in Leeds is hardly you can find something with this quality….so I was very grateful (got soft pillow and blanket from Morrisons ….so I enjoyed the stay )
