Park House B&B

Value for money room for the night

Pros: Does what it says on the tin. Clean, somewhere to sleep and shower. Very good value. Bus stop outside straight to city centre. Ideal place to kip after late night footie at Elland Rd.

Pros: Very clean, polite staff, very comfortable beds, would definitely stay here again if visiting Leeds for any reason.

Cons: Room smelled of cigarette smoke but that's not the staff's fault, it was whoever stayed in the room before us.

Absolute wonderful stay

Pros: Easy location to town centre, and shops, rooms was clean

Cons: Some more facilities in the rooms would be nice, bigger tvs and somewhere decent to hang your clothes

Pros: The owner who checked us in was very friendly It was very warm My room was spotless

Cons: I personally didn't like the pillow as I prefer a firm flat pillow. My wife did however liked the pillows.

Pros: Clean, tidy, comfortable, everything you need for an overnight stay

I have stayed twice and it great value for money.

Pros: Close to where my father lives so very convenient. I’m able to park my car.

Pros: Came here as watching Leeds United play. Only £5 taxi to the ground. Had a few pints in the pub across the road. Nice little forecourt to park the car.

Cons: Wish there were better facilities to heat the room, but wasn't a big deal.

clean warm room

Pros: brilliant value for money clean warm room good of street parking

Pros: It was clean and having a private bathroom was spot on. It was a bit out of the centre, but bus stop was bang outside so was perfect.

Comfortable bed and a tv .

Pros: It is a clean basic b&b . I needed a bed and somewhere with a car park. It was value for money. I would stay here again.
