Redfearn Cottage

A relaxing retreat and a home from home.

Pros: The cottage is exceptionally decorated with all the home comforts of ornaments, books, records and pretty lights. Its warm, cosy and quiet with options of listening to music and watching tv. The hot tub was clean and the main event of this cottage. Neil was an exceptional host who responded really quickly we opted for a late check out so we could have a slow morning and that was arranged with no issues. This will become a regular spot for my friends and I to meet for a weekend of floating in the hotub. The area is stunning with three lovely pubs really close by and a cute little tea room just up the road.

Fab place for a twixmas family break

Pros: Gorgeous spacious cottage ,well equipped the hot tub was a lovely addition nice outdoor space.. lovely areas to walk the dog and 3 great pubs close by and a fab Indian restaurant that delivered

Cons: Nothing not to like

Lovely cottage with walks on doorstep.

Pros: Cosy, comfortable beds, great parking, lovely garden areas, & hot tub.

Cons: Slight smell of cigarette smoke downstairs - when its a non-smoking property. But it wasn't a major problem. And the fire wasn't working which would have made it cosier - but Neil pre-warned us and the cottage was warm enough with the central heating.

Pros: Beautifull house very homely just a few minor faults but didnt stop ower get together neil was very helpfull

Cons: The fire was a main problem and no lighting in back yard for hot tube so walking round in dark also one of the beds very uncomfortble but other than that good relaxing weekend thank you neil

Perfect place to unwind in comfort!

Pros: Great place for our family to celebrate my wife’s birthday. We enjoyed the hot tub (it was at just right temp when we arrived and was lovely and clean). The cottage was very homely and spotlessly clean. We are already looking forward to booking again!

Another fantastic stay at Redfearn

Pros: This is our second stay at Redfearn Cottage. The cottage is beautiful and very cosy. Everywhere is clean and well presented. The hot tub is amazing! We spent a large chunk of our time in there. Neil is on hand if you need anything. He was fab. We will be back next year.

Cons: Nothing.

Relax and rewind weekend

Pros: Comfy and homely, you feel so relaxed. Interior design beautiful. Heating amazing and lovely extra touches to make it special

Cons: Road a little noisy if you stay in the front bedroom

Pros: Lovely little cottage, comfortable, well equipped. Slept well. Everything was clean and well looked after.

Pros: Hot tub, nicely decorated, good location, flexible owner.

Cons: Sadly, the mattresses were soft with little support for the back and you could feel the springs when lying down.

Cosy cottage in a great dog friendly area

Pros: You feel at home straight away and the cottage has everything you need and more for your stay. The cottage was in a great location too. Lovely canal to go for a walk down and plenty of dog friendly pubs very close by.

Cons: Nothing. It was ideal for what we needed.
