Pros: A perfect place, tucked away but close to a great pub, walks for the dog and accessible for Leeds. The hosts were really helpful and it had everything we needed.

Good spot for our short stay

Pros: A quirky property in a good location, in a quiet spot set back from the road. More spacious than it looks, and nicely equipped for our short stay. Parking is on the street, although it was busy we found a parking space ok even when arriving late evening. We would happily stay here again.

Pros: Fantastic location with a good pub just down the road. The property is very nicely decorated, clean and tidy. Will visit again.

We would stay again

Pros: We were attending a family occasion in the next street so the location was perfect , I just wish we could have stayed longer to explore the area more

Our slamdunk festival stay

Pros: Fabulous little place, so clean and welcoming. The owners have thought of everything. Great information leaflet about things to do, places to eat etc. Highly recommend staying here. Great location too, only an uber ride into Leeds centre,at very reasonable prices. Fabulous pub just down the road too, the thornhill, a must if you stay here.

Cons: There's nothing to dislike. Honestly it's a fabulous little place.
