Perfect for the location and comfort.

Pros: Very easy to find and enter The Hideaway. I was helped by the host who chatted me through the key code system via the door bell! Thank you. Once through the door, the Hideaway was lovely and cosy, and I would highly recommend.

Cons: There was a flashing device in the bedroom, which was a little sleep-disruptive, but once I covered it up - not sure if I should have, but it didn't worry me on the second night.

A place you can relax into quickly.

Pros: This hideaway is very cleverly arranged to feel so much bigger than it is. It had everything we needed and much more besides, with lots of lovely touches from plenty of hangers for winter coats in the porch to multicoloured lighting options! The building is old, but the hideaway has been tastefully modernised with good WiFi. Everything was spotlessly clean and convenient. Although it is right in the heart of Bedale, it is also set back enough to be quiet, even on a Friday night. Bedale has an excellent range of shops and attractions, as well as being perfectly located to explore further.

Cons: Nothing really! The doorways are low, as it is an old property, but we soon adapted!

Small house

Pros: Was a lovely little house in a good location for shops /pubs etc

Cons: Was very cold when arrived. The bathroom seemed damp with lots of condensation even with the fan on. And wasn't sure if their was a means of escape.bed was a little soft but think that's just our personal opinion

Very relaxing

Pros: We loved this place. Big enough for us and the dog. Very cosy and warm and location faultless. Easy check in and was kept updated and informed during our stay. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Nothing negative to say!
