Spring Rose

Pros: Lovely house, very nicely furnished/decorated, clean and comfortable

Cons: Only issue was the bath has some kind of leak and filled the downstairs with water which we had to clean up ourselves

Cosy, value for money, convenient for Bedale Village shops.

Pros: Good Value. Parking place outside. Clean. Nice touch leaving biscuits and also dishwasher/washing machine tablets etc.

Pros: The property was beautiful, very clean, quiet and a good location. There was a pint of milk in the fridge with sachets of milk, coffee, tea with both Demerara and white sugar available. Lovely crockery, beautiful bed linen the list goes on basically we couldn't fault the property. The bonus was the car parking space as I am a wheelchair user.

Cons: Couldn't fault it.

Amazing flat in a lovely town

Pros: Very clean and comfortable. I loved staying in the flat

Cons: I loved it all just a few maintenance things - the tap in the bathroom sink needs to be repaired and there looks as if there has been a little water coming through to the floor below. The hob is hard to use as you can not see the temperature dials.

Spring Rose exceeded our expectations and was a lovely home from home

Pros: Fabulous property - lovely decor, comfy beds, plenty of space, spotlessly clean. Ideal location in Bedale centre and private parking a real bonus

Cons: Bathroom tap in sink is faulty - sprayed water everywhere - needs fixing urgently. On our last night (Sunday 17/11) someone was drilling (yes drilling!) in the adjacent property at 1am. We hammered on the walls and shouted at them to “SHUT UP”!

Pros: On the whole, a great place to stay. Great location with parking.

Cons: Oven symbols unidentifiable and slow cooking.

Pros: Very comfortable and good value for money. Beautifully decorated and well equipped. The location is great as we were visiting our family that live in Bedale.

Cons: My only criticisms are: That there are no long length mirrors. The tap in the bathroom could do with replacing as it splashes out at you when you use. Cooker top difficult to use as no instructions and the markings are missing, so it's trial and error to know what temperature it's set on.

Fabulous cottage in a beautiful area with everything you need for a comfortable break.

Pros: It was a beautiful place to stay. Spacious, clean, and very comfortable with modern furnishings. The property contained everything you needed for your stay. Large bedrooms and additional downstairs toilet was a bonus. Central to all amenities. One of the best holiday rentals we have had! I would definitely recommend it.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Perfect location in the centre of the beautiful Georgian town of Bedale. On site parking. 2 minutes to the shops and a fine selection of cafes restarants and pubs.. Great selection of small shops to browse in. An ideal starting point for exploring all the Yorkshire Dales have to offer.

Cons: Nothing to not like
