Tower guest House, perfect.

Pros: Great location with free parking and a short walk to the town centre. Beautiful, themed room with every facility needed. Excellent app based access. Very helpful and friendly owners who even sorted out our car parking for the day after leaving. Would definitely plan to stay again. A little gem.

Fantastic comfy stay

Pros: Comfiest hotel bed I’ve ever stayed in. The room had everything needed and more. Free parking. Great location. Fantastic communication beforehand. Loved the sunken bath. Fantastic place and will certainly be returning.

Cons: Loved everything about it

Great value, comfortable and clean.

Pros: Easy to find. Easy access, parking and the room was spotlessly clean. Facilities were great all we needed for a comfortable stay.

Cons: There isn’t anything not to like.

The only thing that would put me off staying again was the price, almost £300 for two nights

Pros: Ok, location was great, a mile from the centre wich meant i could firget about my car and chill oit. The room was a themed room, very spacious and clean,

Cons: Personally, i would have liked to have been greeted by a human rather than being sent a code to the front door and the room, the waterfall showef wasnt brilliant for a proper shower, bit with the layout of the bathroom i guess it couldnt be changed, the electric bath fill dis go wrong but the guy did come straight away and sort it out, we were leaving anyway so didnt cause us any grief

The weather was awful all weekend but as our room was so nice it made up for it staying in in the evening

Pros: The en-suite in room 5 was excellent , the room was very spacious and comfortable. The bed hugged you

Cons: Nothing really disappointed us we knew there was no breakfast as the dining room was under renovation, however we got sausage baps on Friday for £1 . The breakfast facilities are heading to an automated system using vending machines which has put us off returning to the property in the future.

Lovely room

Pros: Very clean and cosy. Easy check in and out. Nice clean shower with a lovely powerful shower always hot water. Comfortable bed. 25 minute walk into the city. Black out blinds made it easy to sleep. No noise from the traffic.

Cons: Location right near the hospital made getting in and out very difficult especially coming in to it we were stuck in a traffic jam for an hour. Nothing they can do about it but give yourself plenty of time. The breakfast room was being refurbished and we weren't informed of this prior to our visit so no breakfast but there were plenty of places to eat in the city. Xx

I had to delay my visit by a day but the staff were happy to help and the stay exceeded expectations.

Pros: The presentation and immaculate cleanliness of the room, along with the attention to detail to provide everything you would need during your stay e.g the long handled shoe horn by the door, the little measuring cup for filling the iron and the little pop top milk jug in the fridge. It did not stop there, not only did I have working room thermostats, but could adjust the underfloor heating in the shower room and lights on the power shower flashed until the set temp was achieved.

Pros: A classic building very tastefully updated and modernised

Cons: Need was a tiny bit hard for my tastes, but that's a personal thing
