Pros: Brand new en-suite room in a perfect Central Leeds location. The room was very clean, modern, and well equipped, with a spotless en-suite bathroom. Everything felt new and well maintained. The location is excellent close to the city centre, shops, restaurants, and public transport. Despite being central, the room was quiet and comfortable. Great value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Cons: There was nothing not to like.

Excellent service.

Pros: Very informal, helpful staff, room facilities very clean. All mod cons. Just a very streamlined stay. I must say the night staff were excellent. Communication with bloqq was excellent. Honestly I really enjoyed my stay, you should be very proud. 10/10.

Cons: Difficulty finding the place initially. Sometimes the main door card didn't work. No Gym.

Pros: The location is very good., It's clean, warm and comfortable . Bed comfy.

Cons: Check in process for a non student. Check out time should be relaxed by at least 30 minutes or more.

Excellent

Pros: Wow the building has just opened so 8 was one of the first guests there on 1st Oct. The security is excellent and you cannot get in without key card which gives access to main door, lifts and bedroom door. The shared kitchen is very spacious and has fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and hob. Dishwasher. Only thing missing was a tea towel lol. Room was good with double bed and built in wardrobes. En suite with shower and toilet was great too. The building is a tower block which is also student accommodation on higher floors. Within walking distance from city centre or if you want a bus there is a bus stop on the main road. 10/10 I will be back

Cons: No tea towel lol
