Pros: Location just far away enough to be quiet yet close enough to the town centre for a leisurely 15 minute stroll.

Pros: We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location is truly optimal—close to everything we needed, yet tucked away enough to offer peace and quiet. The house itself is both spacious and beautifully maintained, offering a welcoming and comfortable environment that made us feel right at home. It was spotless upon arrival, reflecting how well kept it is. Rob was amazing: always accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or requests. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free stay!

Pros: Great option for Leeds if you want some home comforts. Walkable to town and some bars and restaurants not too far. Free parking a great bonus.

The property met all expectations and the host kept in touch with all the required information.

Pros: The location was ideal for our purpose and the facilities provided at the location were excellent, we visited for specific purpose and the accommodation provided the ideal base for our trip. Would recommend this property to others.

Cons: The accommodation met all our needs so there is little to say that were dislikes, it was quiet where the townhouse is but there are some busy main roads nearby, which made getting about on foot a bit longer but nothing problematic.

Pros: The accommodation was spacious and clean with everything you wanted. It felt like a home allowing pets, which is vital for us. The accommodation is in a lovely quiet location with the canal to the rear, which offered lovely walks in the evening. The accommodation has private parking and was only a short walk from the university and town. We would highly recommend the accommodation and would use again.

Three floor townhouse

Pros: Location is quiet with good single space parking. Easy walk along canal towpath into city centre.

Cons: Property is clean, but there is a lack of attention to detail: mould on bath sealant, shower seal allows water to fall on floor, most blinds do not operate, broken door handle to top floor.

Great city centre townhouse

Pros: Great townhouse in a lovely quiet location, about a 15 minute walk to the city centre. Check in was very smooth and the host communicated really well. He helped us with a query very promptly. The kitchen has been stocked up slightly since the previous review, it had tea, coffee, sugar. Big Lidl and Aldi a short drive away. All in all a fantastic short break in Leeds. Would definitely recommend!
