Great Location, and feel safe!
Pros: The building is new and safe. You can cook, and there’s a washing machine.
Cons: I stayed in 509E this time. The traffic started around 6:15, which woke me up. Everything else is fine, except for some rotten food left by the previous guest—it smells really bad, so I cleaned out the fridge. The heating in the ensuite room needs to be pressed every 20 minutes. It feels cold in the evening, making it hard to get up in the chilly room.

Great location and very safe.
Pros: I lived in 409D this time. It is a quiet room, which is not face to the highway. There is no noise during my sleep.
Cons: The kitchen area is quite messy. People have been cooking and not cleaning up afterward, and dirty plates are being left in the sink.

Pros: A private room with ensuite, within a student accommodation building. Very clean and modern. I was met in the foyer by a staff member who gave me a key card. The building felt very safe There is a large shared kitchen and fast wifi
Cons: As commented by others, there is no bin in the room. You have to carry your rubbish into the kitchen. A rubbish bag would have been helpful Tricky to find in Google maps, but they email you a welcome pack with directions to the building. Nonetheless, it is located in a dark corner of corporate Leeds.

I’m happy with my stay and the location is very good. The noise from the highway affected my sleep.
Pros: The room was very clean and felt new. There is also a kitchen available where you can cook, which is very convenient.
Cons: I had to wait for the staff member to give me my key, and it was difficult to reach him. After dinner, I asked for help with the dishwasher. Although the staff member was there, he wasn’t willing to assist someone staying there for the first time and told me he doesn’t work 24 hours. In the end, a student from another floor helped me. The toilet paper quality was average and not sufficient for a two-night stay. I stayed in room 310C, which faces a main road, so it was quite noisy. The noise reduced around 10 p.m., but cars still passed by during the night, and I woke up around 2 a.m. because of it. The window glass didn’t seem to be good quality or soundproof, and it also let in cold air—I could feel the draft in the evening. Although there was a heater, it required pressing a button every 15 minutes, which made it impossible to keep the room warm while sleeping.

Clean, well maintained with a very comfy bed.
Pros: Very clean and well maintained, nothing was faulty or damaged, bed and bedding was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced, nice having the use of a kitchen if needed. Good value in comparison to other options around.
Cons: Noise from the road nearby was louder than I expected considering the age and quality of the rest of the building.

Great
Pros: Clean room and reasonable size for the price. In addition, the location is excellent...just few minutes walk to the train station or the city center
Cons: The rule of not allowing short-term visitors to use the gym
