Basic but I love it here

Pros: Its the Cairn and its in Harrogate, whats not to like. Big car park, quick walk to town.

Cons: I like it but compared to other hotel bars in Harrogate this one is tired with basic drinks menu. The whole place is abit tired but its always been like this and it gives it a kinda charm.

Pros: Stayed here several times. Love large car park and excellent breakfast

Cons: Unfortunately lift was waiting to be repaired so used stairs. Staff did say they were happy to help if needed

Fabulous hotel

Pros: Love the location, comfortable rooms and beds, fab breakfast, lovely staff.

Cons: They'd run out of pastries at breakfast but certainly not a complaint

Great location with great breakfast and helpful staff. Would definitely return!

Pros: Great breakfast - all we need and very helpful restaurant staff. The staff across the hotel were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortblae for our needs. Also a great location for the centre of town.

Cons: The room was quite warm so we had to turn down the radiators but that was the only issue with our room. We did get stuck in the lift but not more than 5 mins and the staff were able to get the lift moving again.
