Everything we could have wished for for a romantic short break

Pros: The property was beautifully done up/decorated and had everything that we needed (except for a lighter or matches to light the log burner)

Cons: We couldn't work out how to turn off the jacuzzi bath so had to turn it off at the wall

Pros: Beautiful home in a lovely location. Warm and comfortable, clean and cosy. A thougtful welcome pack. Would recommend for sure, the minute you step in, you feel welcome.

Relaxing, enjoyable on the whole and scenic

Pros: The property was lovely and relaxing well decorated and clean.

Cons: We took our sausage dog and the problem was no outside space for him , as it was dark earlier and the road is very busy, verges are very overgrown it wasn’t safe to take him for a walk along the roadside so we had to put him in the car and take him into the village for walks. Just sometimes inconvenient. Also the entrance to the property not easy to find initially .

A great base for driving tours.

Pros: Great location. Quiet and secluded. Easy driving distances to all of the wonderful sights. The hospitality package was most appreciated after a long day driving.

Pros: We absolutely loved this break. So quiet and peaceful. Everything we needed was provided including welcome biscuits, snacks and milk. The views are incredible and the accommodation is perfect. Very cosy and ideally positioned for trips out. We will definitely come back for another visit!

Our 45th wedding anniversary.

Pros: This is a brilliant place quite just outside the village within walking distance. Bishop Monkton is a really quaint little village, a stream runs through the village and in the centre the Masons Arms good food dog friendly. Only a short distance from Harrogate and Ripon.

Cons: There is nothing to dislike about this property.

Perfect

Pros: My husband and I booked this last minute, we just wanted some peace away from our adult children who are clearly never going to leave home.! .. we planned to chill and drink and walk Derek our dog to the pub, and do nothing else. It didn't disappoint. The house had everything we needed and more, the bed was lovely, the sofa was comfortable and the log fire topped it off. Thank you

Pros: Fully loaded property everything you need is there we had an amazing stay so relaxing nice pub jus down the road witch even do takeaway meals 😋 will look forward to going again
