Pros: Location was perfect. Beautiful house perfect for large parties

Perfect 2 night stay in great property for large group of friends

Pros: Ideal property for our large groupnof friends. All rooms were great. The large dining table in the duning/kitchen was brilliant for us all to sit round and chat into the early hours of the morning. Everyone was impressed with the house. We had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay

Cons: We felt house was chilly on arrival and heating could have been on earlier. A lock on the communal bathrooms needed

Pros: Great location, excellent accommodation size and space. Perfect for large groups. Dressings room was a real bonus!

Cons: Some parts of property such as the carpets on stairs and the paint work in the living room could do with updating but this is very minor complaint. It’s otherwise great.

Great location, comfy and warm

Pros: Good location, easy to walk to restaurants in town. On a main road but still fairly quiet. Good size rooms. En suites with plenty of hot water. Kitchen was well equipped.

Cons: Lack of clothes hanging space. Had to use a chair to drape stuff over. A simple portable rail would have been fine.

Great space for a group to stay in Harrogate.

Pros: Great location, large airy rooms. The kitchen diner was a great space for us all to sit around the table.

Cons: Could do with a speaker of some kind to play music.

Fantastic property, perfect for a hen or girls trip away.

Pros: The property is great for bigger groups and the layout being split over three floors gives a full house space. The location is good as just next to the train station and so central.

Cons: Would have preferred more options for twin beds and heating could have been better. The communal lounge and kitchen didn’t seem to work.

Family weekend

Pros: Spacious, good location, communal space worked well for our family group

Me and my family had a lovely stay at Parkside Villa, celebrating Christmas. The house is lovely and is perfectly suited

Pros: The pretty was very spacious, the beds were lovely and comfy and everywhere was spotlessly clean

Perfectly perfect!

Pros: We had a fantastic stay from beginning to end. The house is beautiful and really well laid out. All of the facilities were perfect and comfortable beds too. The location was perfect, less than five minutes walk and you’re at the shops, bars and restaurants. Also the train station is a 2 minute walk. Parking behind the house for 3 cars too.

Cons: The only thing is the check out time could be later even 11am instead of 10, but that’s not a negative just a nice to have.

Comfortable, modern property/spacious and in a great location.

Pros: Great location, spacious and comfrtoable property for a large group. Property managers very responsive and helpful.

Cons: Not quite enough chairs in the lounge for all of us to sit down, group of 12.
