A perfectly located property, ideal for a wonderful couple of days. We would definitely book again.
Pros: The property was very clean and spacious, and the bed was so comfortable. We had a lovely nights sleep both nights. The property has everything that you need for your stay. The fact that the property is also a five minute walk to the centre is an added bonus.
Cons: There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like about the property.

AMAZING WORTH MONEY LOVELY HOST
Pros: The property was BEAUTIFUL, clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed being able to watch netflix and make a good cuppa. We are especially grateful for the little booklet provided on arrival with lots of details and recommendations. The bed was clean and tidy and comfortable. The bed sheets and pillows were so soft and comfortable and there was a heated blanket !! Overall amazing and suppressed expectations. I also appreciate the flowers and sweets to celebrate our valentines
Cons: I don’t want this to be a negative to the stay AT ALL!!! just somthing to note for anyone staying. there was a very loud knock around 12am which startled us a lot as two girls staying alone somewhere new, however we realised a little later on it was the neighbours ! So if you do hear any slight banging or noise it’s just the neighbours and did just happen once and did no way bring down the stay

Great location overlooking the town.
Pros: Great location overlooking the town. Easy access to town via some nearby steps. The house had a cosy living room and a spacious kitchen in the basement. Bathroom and shower were brilliant!
Cons: The stairs were all quite steep, but that's just the nature of houses in Hebden bridge. This house was no better nor worse than others we've stayed in there.

Pros: Place is great so long as you're ok with stairs. 4 floors. Personaly i liked the character. Location for town is good , only short walk to facilities shops and restaurants. Pretty village good links to Halifax by train.plenty of walks and markets
Cons: As I said good location. Its very hilly. Which might be a problem for some people. However the walk is short maybe 200yds and there are stairs all beit steep. Just take time.

Perfect peaceful getaway
Pros: It was stylishly furnished with lots of space for us a a couple. It felt quirky but not pretentious and it was warm and clean. We loved the feather pillows and duvet and the quietness. The shower was powerful and the bathroom spotless. Parking was fairly available though we were there in winter, so it was quieter I imagine. Contact from host was swift and friendly and we would definitely stay again if in the area.
Cons: Not much to dislike really. Anything that was less than positive was more to do with unchangeable features. Its worth knowing that the hill to the house is steep but so is everywhere locally.... we were charmed by it once we got our breath back! You can hear the neighbouring houses very clearly through the walls but again, not really something to moan about.... its a good reminder to keep your own noise down and made us smile on occasion. And we went on a Sunday to Wednesday, we were glad we checked out the gorgeous town on the Sunday, as most things were closed Monday-Wednesday, possibly winter months and not an issue for us as we just pottered and walked and holed up from the weather to relax and read, but worth checking in advance if its the town you are goung for. So actually there was nothing we didn't like that could even be changed... Mostly we didn't like having to leave!
