What's Not To Like?

Pros: We know the area pretty well - as we used to live here many moons ago - and we still have friends in the locality. This is the 3rd time we've stayed here in almost as many years - so as far as we are concerned it ticks lots of boxes! The owner (Helen) calls around to check that everything is all right - and it's always nice to have a chat with her. I rarely give anything - or anyone full marks - because there's always room for improvement - and giving full marks at every opportunity can let complacency creep in. That said, as far as Hove Wood View is concerned ... what's not to like?

Cons: Nothing that springs to mind.

Pros: Fabulous property, attention to detail superb. Comfortable throughout 🤗

Cons: The fact that we weren't staying longer 😪

Pros: Great location there was a regular bus to town if needed

Pros: Stunning location, warm welcome, excellent facilities

Cons: Nothing, the owner made every effort to make our stay a happy one

Amazing stay from the warm welcome we received to the views from the property, closeness to Hebden B

Pros: We stayed in a cottage so provided our own breakfast.

Cons: Being honest there was not anything we could fault. The owner had thought of everything and more that you would need for your stay.

Lovely accommodation, perfect location, would highly recommend

Pros: Cosy, spacious, clean, pleasant accommodation. Everything you could possibly want was provided, and the little extras of fresh milk and a homemade cake were an added bonus, perfect for a cuppa/snack after a long near 7 hour drive . A great get away

Pros: Beautiful property with great views over the valley. Laying on the couch watching the sunset over the valley after a long day adventuring was a particularly nice way to end the day. So much provided and super friendly owner.

Pros: We had a lovely stay at the cottage, it was a cold but sunny weekend and the views were amazing! It felt private, safe and cosy. I agree with one other review about the smell of dogs in the property because it is quite strong when you walk in, but it soon goes when you open a window so it's no big deal. We would definitely return. Thank you!

Pros: the location was excellent, lots of stunning areas were within easy reach. the welcome items left by the hosts were a lovely touch.

The property and utilities were comfortable and well suited for a short stay.

Pros: Self catering, though it was nice to have fresh milk available on arrival.

Cons: It was a shame that neither TV worked on arrival, but this was remedied next day.
