Pros: The cottage is beautifully decorated and well maintained. Good quality furniture, fixtures and fittings. Garden was great for dog, all enclosed. Quite spacious for a little cottage, parking was good. Lovely village. Host was lovely, we had a call before we visited to check all was OK and how we wanted the beds in the second bedroom. Beautiful views. Lights and plugs by each bedside. All very well thought out. Good little storage cupboard in kitchen.

Cons: Just needs a matt by the back door as the garden was a little muddy. We had a spare dog towel so just used that.

Pros: Absolutely loved this cottage! We have stayed in Kettlewell for many years and this was truly the loveliest stay. Beautifully decorated interior, really special just like a home and not at all a holiday rental. Spotlessly clean, perfect location with parking. Views at the front were my favourite outlook of Kettlewell, and you can hear the birds constantly in the back bedroom. So cosy, and welcoming. Emma was really helpful and friendly too. We shall definitely be staying at Penny pot again.

Pros: So comfortable and cosy, just a fine cottage in every way.Lovely lovely thick carpet and great beds. Wonderful view, easy parking, easy to find. Fabulous village and excellent pubs for meals. We will definitely come back. Had a lovely stay!

Cons: For hikers, a protective carpet at the entrance to the living room would be very helpful as the hallway is too small for three muddy hikers to remove boots.
