Pros: Great layout of the property - plenty of space. Nice outdoor space if required. Well equipped in the kitchen and if visiting with small children. Nice touches, flowers, tea/coffee/milk on arrival, bathroom essentials if required.

Cons: Nothing of significance but a few points of feedback. Blackout blind/curtains in the bedroom would be great (more a summer issue however). Personally found the mattress a bit firm, used the duvet as a topper and the duvet cover for sheets, it was warm anyway.
