Great for a city centre get away

Pros: Gorgeous place and hot tub was great, very central, staff were lovely.

Enjoyable weekend would consider future stay there

Pros: Location very good. The ambiance of the property very nice.

Cons: There were a few internal lights that needed bulbs replacing. There was only one cup in kitchen.

Pros: Always a pleasure to stay here. One of our favourites with the hot tub x staff are all cool. Perfect location and beautiful accommodation.

Cons: Lights in bedroom could be fixed.

Had an amazing time for my birthday

Pros: Property was comfortable, interior was nice reallu cosy

Cons: The toilet located downstairs had a really weird smell apart from that it was a perfect

Pros: Gorgeous decor , very cosy had a lovely night with my partner for Christmas Eve. Would definitely stay here again

Cons: The only thing I would say is there was no towels, it might of said in the description I’m not sure as I’ve not checked but was a nightmare for us especially after being in the hot tub

Pretty cool mini Bells!

Pros: The gentleman who I spoke to in the viaduct was so lovely and even walked us to show us where it was :) Also the gentleman on the hotel desk was lovely too :)

Cons: The kettle didn’t work :( Maybe clean the cushions on the sofas. But other than that it was a fantastic place to stay :)

Great location, great price, shame about the lighting and no duvet provided for the sofa bed.

Pros: Great location, great price and a bonus surprise hot tub on the balcony!!!!!

Cons: The lighting was awful, no good for us girls doing makeup.

Great overall - will book again 😊

Pros: Loved the location and style. Had everything we needed for 1 nights stay.

Cons: Heating was a little bit of an issue - ground floor had no heating at all. Middle floor was a bit up and down. The top floor was like a sauna.
