Lovely property which is so convenient to the town.

Pros: The property was easy to locate and the was plenty of parking on the road just outside. There is also a free carpark at the end of the road and a very cheap pay for car park just round the corner. The property is part of a set of converted stable block all situated around a courtyard which is part of the local pub The Crown. Its in a great position to the town of Pateley Bridge with all the shops within walking distance. The pub serves food from breakfast through to the evening and is excellent value. The property is lovely and suited our needs for the week, I would definitely stay again.

Cons: There where just little things that could have been looked at to make the property better, most things have been put into the book but had not really been addressed. As the owner is based 4 hours away this has to be down to the property management team. The main bedroom window had been painted shut and this had been mentioned on several occasions but nothing had been done. My husband has managed to sort this so it is now working. kitchen clock had run out of battery, again I would have expected this to be check by the property team. One big area of concern for me was the front door which had no catch so once open anyone could enter. You have to lock from the inside at night to feel secure.

Comfortable, Convenient and high standard

Pros: Location in the middle of Pateley Bridge was perfect. Everything inside the property was of the highest standard - comfort, cleanliness. Really pleased

Cons: Out of control of the house owners - but the house fronts onto the small pub beer garden / yard and kitchens, which creates some noise early as they set up. No issues with pub users, and nobody tries to be noisey, but being extra picky, some double glazing on the windows would help reduce noise. Didn't take away from use of house, and would definetly recommend, and go back

Pros: Bed's were extremely comfortable. Lovely cottage everything you need is there.

Fab cosy cottage central location

Pros: The property was very clean & cosy. A nice touch was all towels were provided . Central location & easy to find & access the property.

Cons: The property was excellent . A nice touch would have been a small welcome pack milk tea & coffee. It wasn’t a problem as we brought our own & there’s a shop nearby.

Ideal for a short family break, we hope to be back next year.

Pros: The location was ideal for us as we have family living just down the road. The neighbouring pub was no problem over Easter weekend but was a bit noisy on the quiz night.

Cons: The cooker/ hob were hard to use as the knobs were almost impossible to read. There didn't seem to be any hot water in the morning. Despite there being 2 bedrooms & 2 toilets (1 up & 1 downstairs) there were no rubbish bins except a very small 1 in the upstairs bathroom and the kitchen bin. With 3 generations this was rather embarassing at times. A neighbouring dog was very annoying-barking from 8.00 am until late afternoon-it belongs to the cafe on High Street, who keep it in their back yard and probably don't realise it barks at everyone who walks past.

Great stay, will be back

Pros: Loved the location, the size, the facilities, the cleanliness, how close it was to the pub, really lovely place.

Great bolthole in Pateley Bridge

Pros: Great location. Comfortable & cosy. Good kitchen with all you need (except a fish slice for my fried egg!) Comfy bed. Smart TV was great. Warm. Really nice place to stay.

Cons: Storage heaters make it difficult to get wet walking clothes and boots dry. Very warm though.

Lovely but wouldn’t stay again due to noise in courtyard

Pros: Lovely modern accommodation in an stone built property. The cottage was well equipped.

Cons: Although central the property was in a courtyard which was a little too close to the pub as we could hear the noise from the outside “garden” area and the morning daily pub activities. Also there was a very yappy dog next door. Maybe the main bedroom window would benefit from secondary glazing to prevent this noise. A welcome package would have been a nice touch.

Pros: Perfect location in Pateley Bridge. Local amenities are all on the doorstep and the accommodation was perfect for our family of 4

Excellent value, excellent location.

Pros: Lovely cottage. Excellent facilities. Warm, cosy, well equipped. Good central location. Parking in the next street.

Cons: Thought the woodwork in the bathroom could do with a wash down but everything else was spotless. Very happy
